Sex And The City vet Kim Cattrall, 69, is a wrinkle-free beauty as she admits she still has menopause symptoms

Kim Cattrall of Sex And The City fame looked wrinkle free on Wednesday.

The 69-year-old actress, known for her role in ‘Mannequin,’ looked remarkably youthful in a bright pink blouse paired with a burgundy velvet suit, and her blonde hair was worn loose.

The fashion brand Looker partnered with Natural Cycles for a special event in New York City to introduce their new NC° Perimenopause product.

Kim Cattrall shared with Daily Mail that she’s involved with a new, research-based digital tool created to help women navigate perimenopause. She emphasized that every woman’s experience with menopause is unique.

Guests at the Remedy Place event enjoyed customized wellness treatments. These included guided breathing exercises, made-to-order smoothies from Drugstore, and advanced technology-based therapies designed to meet each person’s specific health goals.

Kim discussed the need to openly talk about perimenopause, recalling a time she carried a fan with her to cope with symptoms. She also highlighted how advances in science and technology are helping women navigate this life stage.

This comes ahead of World Menopause Day which falls on October 18.

Kim Cattrall joked to the audience, ‘Is it just me, or is it really hot in here?’ – a question many women can relate to.

As someone who’s navigated perimenopause – and I’m thankfully on the other side now, so sending strength to those who are going through it – the biggest thing for me was really taking the time to learn everything I could. It’s about empowering yourself with knowledge, honestly. That’s what helped me the most.

Cattrall explained that every woman experiences menopause differently. It won’t be the same as what your mother, sister, or any other woman goes through – and how you cope with it is what really matters.

It’s great when science and new ideas help you understand your own body and health better – that’s where you really want to be.

The actress then added, ‘It’s in your hands. Don’t pass it off to somebody else.

I brought a fan with me today, tucked inside my purse, just in case. It’s something I do to feel more prepared and comfortable.

Also present was Dr. Elina Berglund Scherwitzl, Co-Founder & CEO of Natural Cycles.

Cattrall earlier took to Instagram to share a note on the subject.

‘Menopause isn’t the end — it’s just the start of who you’re becoming,’ she wrote in her caption.

I really wish I’d had something like the @ncperimenopause feature inside the @naturalcycles app when I was going through menopause – it would have made things so much easier. Luckily, it’s available now!

Finally, there’s a scientifically proven way to understand what’s causing your symptoms by revealing the hormonal changes in your body.

My experiences have shaped me into the person I am now, so it’s important to accept them. Share your story and be proud of who you’ve become.
