Selling Sunset viewers slam drama-packed eighth series as the ‘worst yet’ and vow to turn off the once-popular reality TV series: ‘It’s so staged!’

As a longtime fan of Selling Sunset, I must admit that this latest season has left me feeling a bit disillusioned. After years of enjoying the glamorous world of real estate and the camaraderie among the ladies, this new season seems to be more about drama than property sales.

Viewers of the hit Netflix show “Selling Sunset” have criticized the latest season since its debut on Friday.

The series has faced controversy following the spread of a TikTok video that seemed to reveal racially insensitive tweets from Amanda Lynn.

The show continued with another intense confrontation when Chrishell Stause claimed Nicole Young was homophobic, following her liking a post on Instagram that disparaged Stause.

Fans have now accused the show of being ‘staged’ and have labelled the series as the ‘worst yet‘.

‘Worst series to date. Binge watched it yesterday and wish I didn’t bother,’ one wrote on social media.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I find myself drawn to real estate programs for their stunning home showcases, rather than the ensuing drama. To be honest, shows like #SellingSunset seem overly staged in my opinion. On the other hand, Million Dollar Listing offers a much more authentic experience.

‘The drama just got way too catty and draining I stopped watching it,’ a third agreed.

A viewer remarked, “The producers put in extra hours during this season of #SellingSunset as the on-camera drama was absolutely mind-blowing!

The series seems to be growing increasingly hostile with each new season, and it no longer appears to be the kind of program that caters solely to women. Instead, it appears they are undermining one another.

Despite the backlash, some fans said they enjoyed the new season and ‘needed more episodes’.

‘Love the entire cast – everyone’s good made a cameo in this season!’ one person said.

‘Just watched the whole season and I need more episodes!’ a second commented.

‘Loved it! Still my favourite show,’ a third wrote.

During the latest series, Nicole hinted on several occasions that Emma Hernan may be in a romantic relationship with a married individual. In episode 11, she confided this information to her co-star Bre Tiesi, stating: “She has been entangled with people who were off-limits…

Bre inquired, “Are you both married?” To this, Nicole answered, “I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving my husband with Emma.” In response, Bre joked, “Well, she certainly isn’t a husband-stealer.

Regarding the scenes at hand, Chrishell posted on her Instagram Stories: ‘Do we continue to provide attention to people who are LYING, seeking only spotlight?’

In another upload she wrote: ‘I will NEVER work on a show with her on it again. I would rather be sued.

When viewing, be aware that she frequently spreads a horrific falsehood about a dear friend which is utterly unfounded and extremely harmful. This statement is unequivocally untrue.

She then tagged Done and Done Productions and added: ‘You are disgusting for blindsiding her with this to see with the world instead of letting her at LEAST defend herself with the TRUTH.’
