Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause reveals how she keeps romance with wife G Flip ‘spicy’

Chrishell Stause discussed her marriage with partner G Flip, sharing insights on maintaining excitement and passion in their relationship.

In a casual conversation, the reality TV personality aged 43 and the artist using they/them pronouns, subtly suggested an active and passionate relationship that has lasted more than two years.

In their magazine feature, the pair discussed their unique tradition of reaffirming their marriage vows annually and planning a new wedding celebration each time. This way, they manage to feel like ‘renewed newlyweds’ every year.

The couple, during their conversation, subtly disclosed their preferences and shared habits they enjoy after a shower.

G Flip, 31, also revealed the ‘signs’ that they knew Stause is queer before she even knew.

On Wednesday’s released story, the reality television figure likewise delved into her experience of revealing her sexuality on Selling Sunset, while they looked back at the criticism they encountered and choosing to cut ties with detractors due to their relationship.

As they reminisced about their relationship, the couple shared that they’ve established an annual tradition to renew their vows, keeping their bond fresh and exciting.

Speaking about their aspirations for their relationship, G Flip (formerly known as Georgia Claire Flipo) expressed: “I aim to have a wedding annually.

‘I think it’s really healthy and it’s good to update your vows every year,’ they continued.

They believe that it’s beneficial for all partners to engage in this practice. They argue that by making eye contact and pledging fresh commitments to each other annually, it fosters a deeper bond and strengthens the relationship.

Every year in July, we have a tradition. This year’s event has me particularly thrilled! It’s one of my favorites, right up there with Christmas and our wedding celebrations. Stause expressed her excitement before mentioning that they prefer to maintain an element of surprise to keep things entertaining.

She clarified that they typically make arrangements a week in advance, making it quite spontaneous. They strive to ensure that these events never feel like work or become routine, which is their one rule: there should be no stress involved. If you celebrate your anniversary every year as newlyweds, that might help keep things exciting.

Next, they discussed what excites them most. Stause mentioned that G Flip makes her feel the most attractive, even without makeup, right after stepping out of the shower.

She told the singer, “That’s just something special to G,” as she put it. “Prior to meeting you, I’d often feel my least attractive. I might have even referred to myself as a ‘wet rat.’ But you’ve really boosted my self-confidence.

Responding enthusiastically about Stause, G Flip remarked: “In your most genuine self, fresh from the shower without any adornments, you exude an effortless beauty that is captivating. Bare-faced with damp hair, oh my, you’re irresistibly attractive!

The Selling Sunset star then shared what she finds sexy about her partner.

‘While all that funness is appealing, what truly turns me on is consistency. The way G Flip maintains this consistent emotional connection with me is incredibly attractive. I’m incredibly proud of the person you are. To me, you embody wholeness. Your heart seems so intact and well-preserved. I often say that ‘G’ stands for what a nurturing childhood can foster in a human.’

During their chat, G Flip exposed the ‘signs’ that they knew Stause is queer before she even knew.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, allow me to share an intriguing observation from the past – hints of Chrishell’s inclination towards the LGBTQ+ community were subtly present. Speaking of shared secrets, what was the Wi-Fi password at your place when we first crossed paths?

With a chuckle, Stause responded: “I’ve named my new home PussyPalace. Since buying it myself, I realize now that although I didn’t initially consider it from a queer perspective, upon reflection, it does have strong queer connotations.

In a more relaxed setting, I’d share that Chrishell often adopts what I call the “manspread,” which might not be noticeable when they’re on television due to the formal posture required there. However, it adds an intriguing, unconventional touch.

In addition, Stause discussed the unique aspects of her romance with G Flip compared to previous relationships.

As a lifestyle guide, I’d like to address those who hold doubts about my union with G Flip or speculate that I may revert to romantic interests in men. Firstly, I encourage everyone to respect our journey as a couple, for every relationship is unique and requires understanding, patience, and trust.

Secondly, I want to emphasize that personal growth and self-discovery are ongoing processes. Labeling one’s sexual orientation or romantic preferences as fixed and immutable does not reflect the fluidity and complexity of human emotions. My past relationships have shaped me, but they do not define my future, nor dictate whom I may choose to share my life with.

Lastly, I invite those who question my choices to remember that love is not bound by gender or convention; it transcends these limitations and manifests in countless ways. Embrace the diversity of human experiences and celebrate the love stories that unfold, regardless of their form.

In her enthusiasm for G Flip, Stause expressed that she had never before been in a relationship where physical appearance didn’t matter, though she acknowledged that this may not be the case in all straight relationships.

She went on to say, “Our bond runs much more profound than surface-level aspects.” In my past romantic experiences, I’ve learned to emphasize this depth. And surprisingly, G was the one who told me, “Knock it off. Those things don’t matter to me.

In simpler terms, Stause expressed that her life partner, G, embodies everything she had been searching for – sincerity, kindness, humor, ambition, and qualities that appeal to her in an attractive way.

‘I recently needed to adjust how I view romantic relationships within myself. Despite not having felt closeted, encountering someone as unique as G was a game-changer. The moment we met, it dawned on me that my romantic life would take a new direction. Now, for the first time, I feel confident that this person will be by my side when I’m old and rocking in a chair.’

Later, Stause mentioned that they had plans to have children in the future.

In her discussion, Stause clarified that she had recently showcased a production titled ‘Love Triangle’. However, someone in the media presumed that because we’re queer, G and I constantly engage in polyamorous love triangles. I found this notion perplexing as our relationship is highly committed, and we are actively trying to expand our family.

In my role as a lifestyle advisor, I’ve encountered situations where individuals face criticism for stepping into the limelight with their relationships. This was particularly true for me and my partner when she initially came out and subsequently when we chose to make our bond public. We navigated through the challenging comments and negative reactions, standing firm in our love for each other.

In her own words, Stause stated that they didn’t let it bother them because they were so elated. She then shared some common sentiments she often encountered from individuals who don’t support their relationship. People tend to dismiss their bond or assume it’s just a passing fad due to the way she appears.

I frequently hear comments like, “Once you end a relationship, you’ll go back to dating men.” This notion that my current situation lacks the depth and sincerity of past relationships or is merely a publicity stunt is something I encounter often. However, gentlemen, it has been years since we last dated.
