Her mother was there to celebrate with the couple and shared on Instagram how happy she was for them. She also revealed that Gomez’s grandfather, David, had the honor of walking her down the aisle.

The actress, who previously starred on the Disney Channel, is very close to her grandparents, David and Debbie. She shared in 2023 that she was living with them then.

The insider continued, ‘In a shock move she chose her grandfather David to give her away to Benny.’ 

When she asked David, he and his wife, Debbie, were overcome with happy tears. Selena reached her decision quickly, right as the wedding planning began.

The wedding celebrations began Friday with a glamorous rehearsal dinner held at a beautiful estate in the upscale Hope Ranch area of Goleta, close to the Santa Ynez Mountains.

On Saturday, Gomez shared some romantic photos on Instagram, giving fans a peek at her evening.

The couple posed for photos outside the venue, looking very much in love. The actress wore a custom-made halter-style gown by Ralph Lauren, while the record producer looked sharp in a classic black tuxedo.

On Sunday, Blanco posted additional photos that seemed to be taken after the couple got married.

The actress wore a beautiful white dress with delicate lace detailing and a flowing, sheer veil.

For the ceremony, the artist known as the Eastside hitmaker dressed in a classic black suit with a white shirt and black bowtie.

The couple took a selfie of themselves cuddling on the couch, and another picture of their hands displaying their wedding rings.

The wedding celebrations ended on Sunday with a small, private lunch for family at the same location as the rehearsal dinner.
