Selena Gomez FINALLY Went To Prom! (You Won’t Believe Who Took Her!)
Four months into their engagement, Selena Gomez’s fiancé Benny Blanco continues to shower her with affectionate gestures.
Last Thursday, the 37-year-old music producer disclosed that he had recently organized a prom for the 32-year-old singer.
After discovering that Gomez, who’s been in Hollywood since childhood, couldn’t attend his own high school dance party, he opted to organize a similar event instead.
Blanco shared a video documenting his and Gomez’s DIY soiree to Instagram.
He scribbled on the video clip: ‘My partner has never attended a prom… and since I suggested that we might take some prom pictures together at a shopping center, she agreed!’
The video by Blanco begins with him strolling about in his LA residence’s backyard, clad in a tuxedo, and then inviting Gomez to the prom.
He then ‘rented a limo’ to take them to a local mall where they’d have their prom pictured taken.
After finishing her preparations, Gomez emerged wearing an extravagant purple ball gown complemented by black heels and a lavish fur coat.
She added an edgy black choker necklace as an accessory, while her hairstyle and makeup were handled by her styling team.
White-as-snow, Blanco was spellbound watching the Disney Channel graduate glide elegantly on their house stairs clad in her breathtaking prom attire.
Following their tender kiss in the entrance hall, the pair leaped into a waiting limo and embarked on a journey through the vibrant streets of Hollywood.
At some stage, Blanco leans out from one of the limo’s open windows to inform the occupants of a passing vehicle that he and Gomez are headed for their high school prom!
Once they arrive at the mall, the couple make a beeline for the photo studio.
Clad in their finest attire, Blanco and Gomez playfully struck various amusing poses as they stood before a vibrant blue watercolor screen, being captured by the studio’s camera.
For one shot, the hitmaker had Gomez sit on his back as he posed playfully on all fours.
Blanco said that the entire experience ‘was more fun that either of us expected.’
At the end of the Instagram video, there was a series of their most cherished prom pictures displayed, several of which captured them admiring each other affectionately.
Blanco, who boasts 2.8million followers, captioned the post: ‘wow’
I, being an over-the-moon fan, couldn’t contain my excitement as the beloved couple’s ‘prom’ was scheduled barely days after they savored the final day of Passover in the company of their star-studded pals, all graciously gathered at a lavish party orchestrated by the legendary chef Jake Cohen.
At the festivities where traditional Hebrew tunes were played, Blanco (originally Benjamin Joseph Levin) paused to mix some beats for the audience.
It appeared that Gomez and the other attendees enjoyed themselves immensely as they sang their song “Bluest Flame” from their recently released album titled “I Said I Love You First”.
Other guests included Debra Messing and comedian Judy Gold.
On March 19, during an unexpected performance at the A24 and IMAX screening of Gomez’s movie “Spring Breakers” in New York City, the duo played the song ahead of its scheduled release on their album, which was set for March 21.
At the dinner party, the cookbook author who specializes in animal-themed recipes, truly lived up to his fame. He presented a vibrant assortment of dishes, one of which was the tempting Matzo Crunch, a kosher delight made from matzo bread crackers, caramel, chocolate, and an abundance of colorful sprinkles.

This incident is still fresh in our minds. In fact, as you were speaking, she was silently gazing at her engagement ring.
Later in the interview, Blanco confessed that it seemed as though they had gotten engaged only yesterday, yet it also felt like they had been engaged for twenty years.
He’s been acquainted with her since she turned 18, which means we’ve already navigated through many phases. When it comes to dating, it feels as if we’ve leapfrogged over a lot, almost as if I exclaimed, “Wow!” he explained, expressing his excitement.
What saddens me most is that we didn’t start sooner, as I feel we unnecessarily delayed our time together. However, I firmly believe that everything happened exactly when it should have.
