According to an affidavit of probable cause obtained by The Daily Mail, the police officer who apprehended Wolf’s estranged wife claimed that she supposedly shared Wolf’s phone number publicly, causing him to be inundated with numerous calls as the officer was attending to his initial complaint about harassment.
According to a representative from the Summit County Jail, Kelley has managed to cover her $5000 bail and is on the verge of being discharged from the jail facility.
The Daily Mail has reached out to the representatives of Kelley and Scott, but they haven’t provided a response as of now.
As indicated in the police report, they were dispatched to Scott Wolf’s residence in Park City, Utah, following a phone call he made. This was due to him stating that he had received numerous text messages from his estranged wife, who is currently going through a divorce with him.
Subsequently, it’s said that Scott accepted a call from Kelley’s phone number, responding via speakerphone so the officer could listen in. However, the conversation was unusually quiet once he picked up.
Immediately following Scott’s receipt of numerous calls and texts from unfamiliar individuals, the officer mentioned that Scott stated each caller was someone he didn’t recognize.
Subsequently, it is claimed that the actor navigated to his estranged wife’s Instagram profile on his mobile device. This profile, it has been alleged, contained a now-erased post showing Scott’s phone number for public view.
As the officer stated, Kelly apparently wrote: “Shall we allow Dimples to handle his own press? I suppose so. This lady could use a comforting embrace. And a good steak meal! Plus, a night out!” [sic]
She then allegedly listed the phone number, adding, ‘Good luck yall!’
Scott is said to have revealed that ‘dimples’ was a nickname given to him, and he expressed his discontent about the wave of unexpected calls from strangers following the doxxing incident. The police officer noted approximately 24 phone calls that Scott received within the first ten minutes of their encounter, which he described as a significant disturbance.
Upon being addressed by the officer, he reportedly drove to Kelly’s residence in Peoa. There, it is claimed that she did not open the front door, but rather communicated with him through an open window instead.
Following the officer telling Kelley that they had spotted her post with Scott’s phone number, she chose not to acknowledge the allegation but instead began to level her own accusations.
The officer informed Kelley that he believed there was enough reason to take her into custody. However, instead of immediately arresting her, he chose to wait for her to switch into more suitable attire beyond her bathrobe, outside the house. Afterwards, Kelley came out and willingly submitted to the arrest.
The officer mentioned in the part of the warrant for continued custody that members of Kelly’s family stated to him she was discharged from a residential rehabilitation center following her agreement for treatment, but it’s alleged that she declined any additional treatment after leaving the facility.
The judge’s order requires Kelley to take part in either inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological, or psychiatric care.
