As a hardcore gamer and fan of the Jurassic Park franchise, I couldn’t contain my excitement when I heard that Scarlett Johansson had joined the cast of Jurassic World 4. Jeff Goldblum’s heartwarming welcome to her during her appearance on Today just added fuel to the fire.
Jeff Goldblum extends a cordial “Jurassic World” greeting to Scarlett Johansson after she was announced as part of the cast for the upcoming installment in the franchise.
During her recent interview on the “Today” show, Scarlett Johansson was surprised with a video message from Jeff Goldblum. In the message, Goldblum, who famously portrayed Dr. Ian Malcolm in “Jurassic Park” and its subsequent films including the upcoming “Jurassic World 4,” welcomed Johansson to the cast and offered some light-hearted advice:
Goldblum then blew a kiss, before concluding: “I love you.”
“Wow, I’m shocked that Jeff made such a comment to me,” Johansson expressed, her voice filled with astonishment. ” frankly, if this is the pinnacle of my experiences, then I might as well call it a day and enjoy my well-deserved retirement.”
Last month, the actor openly announced her participation in the upcoming film to ComicBook, sharing her excitement: “The script is simply remarkable. David Koepp penned it down. After a long hiatus of nearly 30 years, he came back to write this script. His fervor for the project is truly inspiring.”
With great enthusiasm for the authentic “Jurassic Park” film, she expressed: “I’m a huge admirer of this movie. It’s among the very first ones I watched in the cinema. The memories of that experience are incredibly clear to me.”
“It was like, life-changing. It was mind-blowing. I cannot express how excited I am.”
The upcoming installment in the “Jurassic World” series, titled “Jurassic World 4,” is anticipated to hit theaters in July of the coming year. This film will be helmed by Gareth Edwards as its director.
In the forthcoming film, you’ll find acting talents such as Jonathan Bailey from “Bridgerton,” Rupert Friend known for his role in “Obi-Wan Kenobi,” Manuel Garcia-Rulfo from “The Lincoln Lawyer,” and the esteemed Mahershala Ali, who has earned an Oscar.
