Last Wednesday, he was taken into custody on charges that he had made a threatening statement, with authorities suggesting this action stemmed from an intense preoccupation with Scarlett.

On the next day, he faced felony accusations involving fabricating an incident report and issuing a threat of widespread danger.

His lawyer contended that the bail amount, either $100,000 in cash or a $300,000 bond, should be reduced. This was based on his claim that he had been deceived by individuals pretending to be Johansson and who were allegedly setting him up.

Earlier, Johansson attempted to secure a protective order from the court following an incident in November 2023 where Braham visited her house, asserting that he was the father of one of her kids.

Additionally, it’s reported that he placed several letters and playthings for kids around Johansson’s estate. The messages found suggest that the suspected stalker aimed to encounter Cosmo and bond with him as a father figure.

The actress was denied the restraining order after she was unable to serve Brahman the papers.

Branham, with four active warrants in Kentucky, has frequently shared posts related to the actress from the movie “Lucy” on his social networking sites.

Currently, Johansson is busy getting ready for the premiere of her next film titled “The Phoenician Scheme,” a witty espionage-themed comedy directed and co-written by Wes Anderson along with Roman Coppola.

In the upcoming film scheduled to hit cinemas in May, she will be joining a stellar ensemble featuring Mia Threapleton, Bill Murray, Benicio del Toro, Tom Hanks, Benedict Cumberbatch, Michael Cera, Willem Dafoe, and numerous other esteemed actors.

Apart from that, she recently went to Las Vegas for CinemaCon as part of promoting her upcoming action movie, Jurassic World Rebirth, following the release of its initial trailer.
