Scarlett Johansson, with her tattoos visible, made a dazzling appearance at the Toronto International Film Festival premiere of her latest movie “Eleanor The Great,” which took place on Monday evening.
In a graceful champagne-colored dress, the 40-year-old former actress turned movie director exuded natural elegance while celebrating her first directorial project.
Johansson chose a design without a back, showcasing her substantial back tattoos prominently. These designs consisted of a massive, branching rosebush with black and white thorns, as well as a small lamb.
Johansson selected a stylish design that exposed her impressive back tattoos, which included an expansive black-and-white rose bush with thorns, along with a petite lamb image.
At the grand film festival premiere, I was privileged to be in the presence of the movie’s stellar cast, among whom were the venerable 95-year-old lead, June Squibb, her fellow Brits Erin Kellyman, and the exceptionally talented Chiwetel Ejiofor. It was an unforgettable encounter for this diehard fan!
The film titled “Eleanor The Great,” featuring Squibb in the lead role, has sparked debate among critics due to its contentious storyline and style that shifts between humor and seriousness.
In simpler terms, the character Squibb portrays Eleanor Morgenstein, a lady in her late 80s or early 90s, who relocates from Florida to New York following the demise of her dearest friend, a survivor of the Holocaust.

However, while Eleanor was attempting to stay busy at a community center with a Jewish focus, she unintentionally joined a meeting of Holocaust survivors instead.
Rather than admitting the mistake, she begins to claim that her deceased friend survived the Holocaust, a deception that spirals into a growing chain of falsehoods and confusions.
Johansson’s stunning dress with delicate spaghetti straps and nearly invisible sleeves caused the temperature to rise dramatically.
Her midriff-defining ensemble, accentuating her slender hourglass silhouette, boasted a swinging bow and a demure train that followed her steps.
In this rephrased version, the actress from The Avengers had her blonde hair styled in a middle part and pulled back into a bun. She accessorized her beautifully done makeup with earrings that resembled leaves.
The female lead of The Avengers kept her golden locks split down the middle and gathered neatly in a bun, while adorning her flawlessly styled face with long earrings that looked like leaves.
In her first directorial venture, Johansson chose to remain off-screen, focusing on directing the film from behind the camera.
Johansson’s fellow celebrities, among them Squibb, adorned in a sparkling burgundy ensemble, accompanied her on the crimson carpet.

In a more casual, conversational tone: The fabulous Erin Kellyman, a British actress, donned a striking green dress with ruching at the shoulders and a plunging neckline that accentuated her charming cleavage. Her beautiful red curls were elegantly stacked high and cascaded over her forehead.
At the Toronto premiere, Chiwetel Ejiofor completed the main cast lineup. He wore a relaxed black jacket paired with a subdued green tie.
On the very day when Johansson unveiled if her spouse, Colin Jost (age 43), would rejoin Saturday Night Live following four key cast members’ departures ahead of season 51, she also marked the cinema festival screening of her first directorial endeavor.
In a conversation with Entertainment Weekly, Johansson shared that her spouse is returning to his job.
It was revealed that his role in the series might not be permanent, as news broke that four of his fellow cast members – Heidi Gardner, Michael Longfellow, Devon Walker, and Emil Wakim – would no longer be participating.
For two decades, Jost has been part of Saturday Night Live (SNL) since he became a writer for the popular late-night variety program back in 2005.
Afterward, he assumed the role of chief scriptwriter for the show, and in the year 2014, he elevated his public image by sharing hosting duties on Weekend Update. Ever since then, he has held the position as the longest-serving Weekend Update host.
EW also confirmed that his co-anchor, Michael Che, will also be back behind the desk for season 51.

In recent years, Johansson has demonstrated sportsmanship by frequently appearing on SNL multiple times. During these appearances, he’s participated in a rowdy series of exchanged jokes with the hosts, often saving such skits for wrapping up the season or commemorating specific events.
Typically, she’s found herself the subject of risqué jokes penned by Che and clumsily presented by her husband. However, she hasn’t yet indicated whether she plans to participate in this tradition again during the forthcoming season, as invitations for her participation tend to come at the last moment.
She clarified that the style at 30 Rock is often chaotic, as if everything is happening just before an event, similar to Friday nights before a Saturday performance.
In the course of their conversation, Johansson expressed her strong desire (that is, 100% willingness) for June Squibb, who plays Eleanor The Great in a movie with her, to have an opportunity to serve as the host of Saturday Night Live this season.
If she hosts the series, she will be significantly older than any previous host, since Betty White, who previously held that title, was just 88 years old when she presented in 2010.
Squibb told EW that she would be game to host SNL if she got the call.
Absolutely, I do! I frequently tune in to that series.” She mentioned her potential suitability as a guest, given her experience of hosting a cabaret show in New York City for nearly a decade.
‘It was a little comedy thing,’ Squibb clarified.
