Gavin Rubinstein, who established the high-end real estate company The Rubinstein Group, is currently traveling across the continent with his latest companion, Ruby Adler.

However, a shroud of dispute surrounds their seemingly idyllic romance: Ruby was previously involved with Reza Amiri, her fellow cast member on the British reality show “Made In Chelsea.

Indeed, the most recent season of Made In Chelsea concluded in April, with Ruby and Reza deciding to stay together following a turbulent phase where they were off again, on again.

But shortly after their happy ending was filmed, Ruby clearly had second thoughts.

After breaking up with Reza who is 38 years old, she quickly jetted off to the United States. There, she was observed attending an LA Lakers game alongside Gavin, a renowned star from Amazon Prime Video’s real estate series Luxe Listings Sydney.

Reza appeared deeply saddened when unidentified Instagram users sent him pictures showing him with another person, seated alongside Hollywood actor Jason Segel.

I learned much later that they had arranged a meeting, complete with a stop at the Beverly Hills Hotel and a shopping excursion on Rodeo Drive, an event that transpired weeks prior to my discovery.

Regardless of the rampant rumors suggesting a romantic relationship between them, neither Ruby nor Gavin, aged 34, validated these claims initially. However, recent indications suggest that they may no longer feel the need to keep their involvement a secret.

On Monday, they made their appearance publicly as Gavin shared a series of Instagram photos showing him and Ruby enjoying life aboard a yacht in the French Riviera with companions, celebrating in style.

In one snap, Ruby’s body was draped over Gavin as they relaxed on deck.

A different image displayed a duo with sun-kissed skin, affectionately embraced by a set of wine glasses, appearing quite lovey-dovey.

Cae Thomas, a salesperson from The Rubinstein Group, and Tas Costi, whose wife Shani is a real estate agent known for her appearances on Luxe Listings, also boarded the yacht with them.

Before revealing that she had been courting a secret admirer in Europe for several weeks, Ruby subtly hinted at this on Instagram by sharing photos that showed glimmers of an unidentified man’s hand.

According to a reliable source who is privy to their relationship, it appears that Gavin has developed quite an affection for Ruby. He seems to be splurging generously on her.

But before you write this off as a standard rebound romance, there’s a few more twists to the tale.

Firstly, this isn’t the first time Gavin has been linked to a Made In Chelsea star.

It is said that he previously dated Tayla Cohen, who appears on the British reality show Made in Chelsea. The Australian spin-off series titled Made in Chelsea: Sydney took them to Australia for some winter vacation time.

Our society spies say Ruby ‘has always been frosty with Tayla’.

It’s unlikely that Tayla will comment on her friend-turned-foe cozying up with her former partner, given her recent engagement to a prosperous Englishman residing in Europe.

Previously, Gavin had been in a relationship with Holly Young, a Perth native who later became known as a socialite in the eastern suburbs, before he started dating Ruby.

They hard-launched on Instagram in August 2024 but had split by the end of the year.

Despite not making an official announcement, there were rumors that they had a falling out during their vacation, as it was not publicly known at the time.

Immediately following their separation, it became noticeable when Holly, formerly associated with Usain Bolt, started dating Richie Harkham, a close friend of Gavin, who is known for his multiple successful business ventures.

She subtly suggested her relationship with Richie by sharing an Instagram Story from his vineyard on Christmas Day, without Gavin appearing in the post.

A source reportedly informed Daily Mail last month that Reza felt both deeply saddened and ashamed upon learning that Gavin was involved with his former girlfriend.

He is said to be dreading the thought of it playing out on Made In Chelsea next year.

Since 2020, the ups-and-downs of Reza and Ruby’s relationship have been a recurring theme in the show. They frequently split up, only to rekindle their romance after both had dated others.

During a certain period, Reza was involved with Love Island celebrity Tina Stinnes, while Ruby briefly dated Miles Nazaire.

Nevertheless, they seemed determined to keep going at the conclusion of last season – which only added to the mystery behind Ruby breaking it off and subsequently pairing up with Gavin instead.
