Sandra Bullock’s Blind Side co-star Quinton Aaron unveils shock 200lb weight loss… and he didn’t use Ozempic

Quinton Aaron, known for his role in The Blind Side, shared exciting news on Sunday: he’s lost an incredible 200 pounds! At 6’8″, he now weighs 375 pounds and says he feels ‘overwhelmed and blessed’ by his progress.

Originally from the Bronx, the 41-year-old weighed 575 pounds in 2012. After realizing his eating habits were endangering his life, he began a weight loss journey and is now just 55 pounds away from his goal of 320 pounds.

I was so excited to hear Quinton say he’s aiming to get back to the weight he was when he played football in high school! He mentioned he’ll be around the same weight he was at 14, which is amazing considering he has nearly half a million followers watching his journey.

Aaron said he attempted to use Ozempic last year, but he discontinued it after experiencing an allergic reaction to the popular drug, which many celebrities have used.

Honestly, I’ve been following his journey closely, and it’s amazing to see how far he’s come! He always talked about emotional eating, but he’s really turned things around. He says the biggest changes have been intermittent fasting, ditching sugar and carbs, and… well, let’s just say he’s been getting a *lot* of exercise with his wife, Margarita! It’s fantastic to see him prioritizing his health and happiness.

Quinton told TMZ on Tuesday that this person has been a source of emotional, physical, and mental support, helping him through difficult times.

I feel incredibly blessed that she came into my life. She’s been a true gift, helping me overcome depression and improve my life in countless ways.

She often jokes that she contributes only a small part – just 5% – while I do the rest, but I truly believe she has a much bigger impact on my life than she realizes.

Aaron, who has congestive heart failure, was recently hospitalized with the flu and pneumonia on February 27th.

Oh my gosh, I still remember when Quinton first blew everyone away in ‘The Blind Side’ back in 2009! He played Michael Oher, the NFL player, and he was *amazing*. The movie was a huge hit – it made over $300 million worldwide, can you believe it? And it was so deserving because Sandra Bullock, who played his adoptive mom, won an Oscar for her performance! It was the role that really launched him, and I’ve been hooked ever since!

Last year, the 39-year-old athlete surprised many by suing Leigh Ann and Sean Tuohy. He claims they never officially adopted him, but instead used a legal arrangement called a conservatorship to control his business opportunities.

Although a judge has ended the legal conservatorship involving the Tuohys, the controversy still negatively impacted Warner Bros.’ movie, which was based on Michael Lewis’ 2006 book.

Quinton is starring as Raw Dog in the new action movie *War Dawgz*, which debuts this Thursday on BET+. The film also features Raven-Symoné and Michael Beach.
