Samurai Pizza Cats: Blast From the Past is a 2D Action RPG Coming to ‘All Major Platforms’
Red Dunes and developer Blast Zero recently revealed “Samurai Pizza Cats: A Leap Through Time,” a 2D action RPG reminiscent of the popular 1990s anime. I used to watch it on the UK’s Saturday morning kids show called “Motormouth.” Does anyone else remember that program?
In Japan, it’s called “Kyatto Ninden Teyandee“, but you might recognize it as “Samurai Pizza Cats“. This is an animated series that blends sci-fi, action, and comedy. It features talking robotic animals living in the city of Edoropolis. In this game, you can alternate between the Pizza Cats team, employing their special skills to overcome puzzles and combat enemies within the realm of Little Tokyo.
Take a look at the premier trailer for “Samurai Pizza Cats: Blast From the Past“, marking the 35-year milestone of this animated series. The game will be available on all leading platforms, but with development still in its early stages, there’s currently no set release date.
