Sami Sheen urges fans not to be ‘jealous’ of her ‘fake’ breasts, teeth, lips and hair: ‘I’m not perfect’

Sami Sheen, Denise Richards’ daughter, recently told her nearly 500,000 social media followers that what people present online isn’t always real, and shared that she’s had multiple cosmetic procedures.

The situation unfolded on Sunday when the 21-year-old, who comes from a famous family, replied to a TikTok comment from @heyitsjacquelyn. The commenter, expressing envy with a crying emoji, wrote: ‘I’m so jealous of you! It seems like some people are luckier than others.’

‘I feel so guilty because I’ve gotten so much work done,’ Sami admitted on TikTok.

I’ve had several cosmetic procedures, including lip filler, a nose job, and breast augmentation. Plus, my appearance isn’t entirely natural – my teeth are veneers and I wear hair extensions.

In 2023, actress Sheen (born Estevez) had breast augmentation surgery costing $10,000, and followed that with a nose job in 2024. These procedures were partially intended to increase her earnings on her popular OnlyFans account.

Although Denise Richards currently offers free subscriptions on her platform, reports previously claimed she was making around $80,000 per month from the adult site owned by Fenix International.

However, OnlyFans takes a 20% commission on all of Sami’s earnings.

Sheen famously joined the app in 2022 when she turned 18 and became a legal adult.

The Los Angeles native shared that she’s struggling with a lot of personal problems, not related to how she looks, but with what’s going on inside.

I have hernias that are making it very difficult to walk, and I need surgery to correct them. Because of the pain, especially when I’m on my feet, I haven’t been able to go out much lately.

Sami shared that she deals with a lot of anxiety and fears, and that she often struggles with her mental health. She explained that she doesn’t present a perfect image, especially online, and that social media can be misleading. In reality, she doesn’t have a large social circle and prefers to stay home most of the time.

Sheen encouraged her followers not to compare themselves to others, reminding them that you can’t truly know what’s happening in someone else’s life.

Honestly, one of my biggest worries as a creator is the impact I have on young girls. I really don’t want anyone to look at my life online and think it’s all effortless or perfect. It’s so important to me that people understand what they see isn’t necessarily reality, and they shouldn’t compare themselves to me or anyone else online. I want to encourage authenticity, not unrealistic expectations.

That’s just not true, and anyone who pretends it is, is being dishonest. I really appreciate my life – I’m thankful I can afford things like healthcare and that I’m able to live comfortably in Los Angeles. I’m happy, but I’m also realistic – I’m not without flaws.

Sami revealed she’d had work done a month after posting a comparison of photos from seven years ago on Instagram, explaining she wanted to be honest about her choices.

I never want to encourage plastic surgery; I truly believe natural bodies are beautiful,” Sheen emphasized.

The young woman, who left high school before graduating, hasn’t spoken to her well-known father, Charlie Sheen, since April 2024 and they are not on speaking terms.

The 60-year-old Emmy nominee told GMA in September that as long as everyone is still trying, there’s always hope for a better future, regarding Sami.

I’m honestly not sure what I did wrong, which is the frustrating part. I don’t even know what I should be apologizing for. But I’m confident this isn’t a permanent issue.

We’ll figure things out, don’t worry. We’ve always been able to resolve issues in the past, and that connection is too important to lose over a single disagreement.

Charlie and his ex-wife finalized their divorce when their daughter Lola Sheen was born and just two years after they got married. At the time, their son Sheen was only two years old.
