Samantha Armytage’s $10m fallback plan: A look at the outbound Channel Seven star’s lavish property portfolio

Samantha Armytage's $10m fallback plan: A look at the outbound Channel Seven star's lavish property portfolio

As a lifestyle expert with a keen eye for luxury properties and personal finance management, I must admit that Samantha Armytage’s property portfolio is nothing short of impressive. With a staggering value of over $10 million, it seems that the Farmer Wants A Wife host has not only found love on her show but also in real estate investments.

Host of Farmer Wants A Wife, Samantha Armytage, boasts a number of high-end real estate holdings throughout Australia, collectively worth approximately $10 million.

The well-known television personality from Channel Seven, aged 47, who has just declared her departure from the network following a 21-year tenure, boasts an impressive collection of stunning properties scattered throughout New South Wales.

In May, she acquired a beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom house in need of renovation, situated in the picturesque town of Moss Vale, Southern Highlands.

Armytage purchased a magnificent property, situated approximately 130 kilometers from Sydney, boasting expansive interiors and captivating natural vistas, at a cost of $1.3 million.

In 2021, I, too, joined the trend by investing in an elegant property worth $1.575 in the chic Sydney suburb of Rushcutters Bay, adding another notch to my style-conscious pursuits.

As a seasoned city dweller who has lived in various apartments over the years, I must say that this two-bedroom waterfront property in the exclusive inner-city apartment complex truly stands out. With its meticulous design and prime location, it offers a level of luxury that I have rarely encountered in urban living. The thoughtful layout, high-end finishes, and breathtaking views of the water make it an ideal space for anyone seeking a sophisticated and comfortable urban lifestyle.

Besides her primary property, Samantha additionally owns two more properties. One of them is a vacation home situated in Hyams, along the New South Wales coastline, which she acquired at a price of $3.2 million. This property is typically rented out to tourists for approximately $1200 per night.

In addition, Armytage has earned a substantial sum by offloading a portion of her real estate holdings. This follows the sale of her luxurious North Bondi residence in July 2020, fetching a price of $3.15 million.

Back in 2014, I was fortunate enough to invest in a property that set me back $2.15 million. Fast forward to now, and with the successful closing of the sale, I’ve managed to secure a substantial return on my investment.

In total, it’s estimated that Samantha’s impressive collection of properties is valued at more than $10 million. This wealth may serve as a safety net for her when she departs from Channel Seven.

Earlier this week, Armytage announced she’s quitting the network after 21 years with them.

On Sunday’s edition, The Daily Telegraph reported that Armytage opted not to renew her agreement with Seven when her existing contract ends in October.

In a mix of melancholy and anticipation, she conveyed to the press that it was the right moment for her to leave, and she was thrilled about what lay ahead in her future.

“She stated that she heavily rely on her intuition, trusting it whenever necessary. She is confident in her abilities, knowing when it’s time to step away. She takes pride in having the self-assurance to acknowledge when she has given her best and then moves forward.”

I, a dedicated follower, am excited to share that Armytage will grace our screens at the upcoming Logies, as her show Farmer Wants A Wife has been nominated for Best Structured Reality Program. However, I won’t be seeing her return as the host for the next season of the show, which is currently being prepared.
