It seems that Sam, who is 48 years old, might be experiencing puppy love once more following an enjoyable canine-filled afternoon with his sister Georgina in Sydney.
On Thursday, Sam posted a sweet collection of photos on her Instagram stories, featuring herself and her sisters playing with a friendly dog at a temporary Guide Dogs NSW location in Paddington.
In a heart-pounding moment of pure bliss, I couldn’t help but capture the scene: there was Sam, her face radiant with joy and a sparkle in her eye, nestling her head on the irresistibly cute Ginger, while Georgina held the pooch tenderly close.

Sam took to Instagram in February to share the heartbreaking news that Banjo died.
The family claims that the cute dog was bitten by a snake while it stayed with its father close to Wagga Wagga.
She posted a collection of photos showing herself alongside a six-year-old Labrador Retriever, reminiscing about their cherished moments together.
In a caption, she shared a quote from Winnie the Pooh as she paid tribute to her pet.
‘How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard,’ she wrote.
‘Three weeks ago yesterday, I said goodbye to my darling boy, Banjo. My heart is completely broken.
‘He was my best mate, my baby & my shadow.. & I don’t know what I’m going to do without him.
It’s unfortunate that he passed away prematurely. At the moment, he was residing with his father in Wagga, and there is suspicion that he might have been bitten by a snake.
The incident took us by surprise, and I feel compelled to express my gratitude towards our veterinarian for their tireless efforts in attempting to save him. It’s heartbreaking to say that we’re all feeling quite down.

Her fans were quick to take to the comments section to share their condolences with the TV star.

For the next two weeks, the journalist will take over as host on a competing morning show, leveraging her extensive eight-year anchoring background with Sunrise (from 2013 to 2021) for the role.
