Samantha Armytage complains about 'difficult and destructive' tourists - after promoting her NSW coastal property as summer rental: 'Literally, life has never been easier'

As an ardent fan of Samantha Armytage, I can’t help but admire her tenacity and resilience. Her recent column in Stellar Magazine, where she lambasts badly-behaved tourists, resonates deeply with me. Living in a world that’s more connected than ever before, it’s bewildering to witness the destructive behavior of some individuals.

Samantha Armytage criticized poorly behaved tourists following a series of unfavorable news stories about problematic vacationers.

This week, the celebrity who appears on TV penned an article for Stellar Magazine stating that life has never been more straightforward – and it puzzles her why people traveling seem to have cause for complaint.

She expressed that people have never been more fortunate, or indulged, in spite of the fact that the world is currently in a state of turmoil (which we ourselves have caused). However, considering our quality of life, healthcare, and communication, there has never been a more opportune time to exist.

Sam remarked, “The most challenging concept we’ve grappled with is understanding why Baby Boomers covered their valuable hardwood floors or believed that smoking and tanning were beneficial to their health.

‘And now, we can get any fact, outfit, ride or food just by pressing a few buttons on the devices in our pockets.

Translated, life seems more effortless than ever before. Yet, I find myself puzzled as to why people appear challenging and damaging in today’s world.

After listing her NSW coastal home for rental on social media, Sam noticed a change in tourist behavior within a month, this coming shortly after she reduced the property’s ‘for sale’ price.

This month, I’ve been absolutely thrilled to share numerous expertly-captured snapshots of the breathtaking Hymans Beach property across my Instagram Stories and feed – as an ardent fan, I simply can’t get enough!

Contemplating a seaside getaway for this summer, as suggested by the host in their caption.

Since last December, the host of “The Farmer Wants A Wife,” aged 47, has been offering a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront house up for sale.

The television veteran purchased the beach house for $1.8million in 2018 and has done extensive renovation work on it in the years since.

Eight months back, Samantha listed her Jervis Bay residence for a price tag of $3.2 million, however, it remains unsold as of now.

On realestate.com.au’s listing, Armytage was eyeing a sale price ranging from $2.5 million to $3 million in August.

The house ‘is under new management’ as a holiday rental she noted in her advertisement posts and tagged family-owned and operated holiday rental company Latitude.

The site is now included in the collection of properties owned by the website, located on the South Coast of New South Wales.

Previously, Samantha managed her property’s rental through AirBnB in a less formal manner. However, by deciding to hire an external company for management suggests that she has no immediate plans to sell the property.
