Following their separation, Zara shared an attention-grabbing image, publishing a fresh gym outfit photograph on her profile instead.

She appeared stunning in the snug black cropped top that accentuated her defined abs, coupled with a pair of leggings.

The items were actually from Zara’s in-house brand, Rise (a line focused on casual women’s fashion), demonstrating that she was an effective promoter of the collection herself.

Zara nonchalantly draped a large, gray jacket over her body while striking several poses for a photograph captured within a coffee shop.

Meanwhile, it appears that Sam is getting closer to the captivating actress Lucy Syed, aged 28, as he tries to transition from his past relationship with Zara.

Previously, it emerged that the victor from I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! was seen out with Lucy at the recently opened Chelsea nightspot, The Rex Rooms, back in March.

Friends of Sam adamantly deny that he is romantically involved with Lucy, the bikini model known for her appearance in Too Hot to Handle. However, they affirm that they have been spending quality time together.

The reality star first connected with Lucy on Instagram and has since liked her glamorous pictures.

According to a source, the connection between Sam, a new member of the celebrity dating app Raya, and Lucy was immediate, and their friends are delighted that the London-born influencer has brought joy back into the life of the television personality.

My friend mentioned that Sam and Lucy had been exchanging direct messages on Instagram prior to arranging to meet each other at a local pub. Afterward, they planned to proceed to The Rex Rooms for the rest of their evening together.

‘They looked really close in the club, chatting and cuddling up together.

However, their bond deepened even more after they celebrated into the night together. Undeniably, this relationship has brought a warm smile back to Sam’s countenance.

She expressed: ‘At least we can confirm that what they call manifesting is effective, but I dislike the term itself, it seems odd to me, like it implies men are invading my life and causing frustration. It feels like a male invasion… Now I’m eager for some positive transformation.’

Lucy represents Sam’s initial romantic interest following his split from Zara, who was recently seen on a date with ex-X Factor contestant Louis at The Suffolk in Aldeburgh during the past month.
