Sam Thompson was seen with an unidentified woman in London on Saturday night, and they left together in a cab.

The 33-year-old TV and radio personality was seen with a woman whose identity is currently unknown. They arrived at The Rex Rooms together and then left in the same vehicle.

It was so sweet seeing them together! After a fun night out, I noticed Sam and this woman were all cuddled up in the back of the car – they looked incredibly cozy and comfortable with each other.

Sam and a friend seemed comfortable and at ease with each other, leading to rumors they might be dating after his breakup with Zara McDermott last year.

The host of the Staying Relevant podcast looked relaxed and comfortable in a cream sweater, black pants, and New Balance sneakers.

The woman, whose identity remains unknown, looked stylish in a faux fur jacket paired with light blue jeans and pale pink sneakers.

As a style expert, I always say your hair and makeup are key to a polished look! She really nailed it with a bouncy, voluminous blowout and a full-glam makeup application – it totally completed her outfit.

Sam’s romantic life became a topic of conversation when the One Direction song “Steal My Girl” played during a live recording of his podcast, “Staying Relevant,” with Pete Wicks.

Okay, so I noticed a little something that definitely got people talking! It seemed like a playful little reference to his ex, Zara McDermott – she’s now happily with Louis Tomlinson, and it was clear he acknowledged that in a fun way.

Sam was left unimpressed as his best mate played the song during a live recording of the show.

Sam, split from his ex-girlfriend Zara in December and she is now dating Louis.

On a recent episode of Staying Relevant, Pete asked the stage band to perform a cover of One Direction’s song, “Steal My Girl.”

Sam immediately ran onto the stage to interrupt the band’s performance, prompting Pete to exclaim, “Oh no, I forgot!”

I have to admit, I think I made a mistake. I really expected things to turn out differently.

‘But don’t worry, it’s fine, we can try again, we can try again. Guys, f*****g hit it.’

Sam was seen on his hands and knees, jokingly cowering in embarrassment.

Okay, so Sam actually *talked* about how hard this past year has been since everything with Zara fell apart, and honestly, it was so sweet. He said Pete was a total rock for him, always there to support him through it all. I swear, those two have the cutest friendship! It just makes my heart melt seeing them together.

He described Pete as someone who seems strong and intimidating on the outside, but is actually very sensitive and complex underneath – comparing him to an onion with countless layers.

‘Caring, loyal, gentle, angry, but he’s the most supportive, best friend I could ever ask for.’ 

Okay, so it looks like Zara and Louis are getting serious! After briefly moving back in with her parents following her split from Sam, Zara has now moved into Louis’ amazing mansion in north London. It’s definitely a big step for them, and shows they’re really committed to building a life together.

Sources close to the couple revealed they’ve quickly fallen for each other, with Zara spending almost all her time at his home – she’s practically moved in. She’s even begun filming her social media content from his place instead of her family home.

Since Louis and her parents don’t live close together, it’s understandable that she’s been spending more time at Louis’s place.

Zara and Louis are very much in love and enjoy spending all their free time together. They travelled extensively this summer, and now that they’re back in the UK, Zara often stays at Louis’s place.

The Daily Mail has approached Zara and Louis’ representatives for comment.

Zara and Louis publicly confirmed their relationship with a sweet Instagram post: a photo of them kissing. Louis commented ‘I love you’ on the picture, and their families seem to approve – Zara’s brother called them a ‘beautiful couple,’ and Louis’ sister simply wrote ‘love love’.

News of Zara and Louis dating surfaced five months ago, after they began seeing each other earlier in the year. Now, those close to them say their relationship has become serious.

Sam and Zara ended their relationship in December, following a holiday season spent separately. 

According to a source, Sam and Zara have broken up. It was a very hard decision, and they still care deeply for each other.

After a challenging year dedicated to their relationship, they’ve decided to separate and will now concentrate on their respective careers in 2025.

They haven’t had any disagreements or issues; it’s simply a consequence of a challenging year where they were both preoccupied with their individual work.

The last time anyone saw them together was in December, when they were celebrating Zara’s birthday. Sam posted about the occasion on Instagram, sweetly calling Zara his soulmate and best friend.
