Sam Thompson shares loved-up snap with new girlfriend Talitha Balinska after couple spent their first Christmas together

On Friday, Sam Thompson posted a sweet photo with his girlfriend, Talitha Balinska, on his Instagram Story.

The 33-year-old TV star looked happy as he snuggled with his 25-year-old girlfriend on the couch during a cozy night at home. They recently confirmed they were dating in early December.

Talitha rested her head on Sam’s shoulder and playfully pouted while they cuddled for a cute photo.

He simply captioned the post ‘❤️’ 

This cute photo was taken just a week after Sam and Talitha went on a date, where he introduced her to his teammates.

The reality TV personality took Talitha to see a Chelsea game at their home stadium, Stamford Bridge.

Before going to the event, Sam shared a cute photo of himself and Talitha wearing identical blue jerseys.

Talitha, an influencer, posed for a selfie, showing off her toned stomach by lifting her shirt up.

Sam captioned the post: ‘Game day baby!!!’

Honestly, seeing that picture of them walking towards the stands just about broke my heart! He captioned it with ‘Really trying to ruin my Christmas holidays Chelsea…’ and it perfectly summed up how all of us dedicated fans were feeling at that moment. It was a tough day, to say the least.

Sam was pointing out that Chelsea tied 2-2 with Bournemouth at their home stadium, which meant they didn’t get the win they needed to climb to fourth place in the standings.

Even though the outcome wasn’t what they’d hoped for, Sam and Talitha seemed to enjoy their evening together, and their relationship continues to develop.

Their relationship has become more passionate recently, especially after spending their first Christmas as a couple.

Photos from the celebration showed the group with Sam’s mother, his sister Louise (35), her fiancé Ryan Libbey (also 35), and their four-year-old son, Leo.

In one picture, the couple was wearing matching pajamas with red and white candy cane stripes, decorated with festive wreaths and Christmas trees.

Sam and Talitha publicly announced they were a couple in early December, after dating for several months.

Sam’s friend and former co-star from Made In Chelsea, Reza Amiri-Garroussi, introduced the couple. They initially met in 2023 when Talitha appeared in a photoshoot for Dinelli, a sunglasses brand co-owned by Sam and Reza.

Sam was dating Zara McDermott when he reconnected with Talitha. They met when she unexpectedly appeared as a guest at his show at the O2 Arena, and according to one source, they quickly began a relationship.

Okay, so Zara and Sam… they were everything. I’ve been following them since they officially started dating in May 2019, and honestly, I thought they’d last forever. It just… it broke my heart when they announced their split in December 2024. Five years! It felt like a lifetime, and I was totally invested in their relationship. I still can’t believe it’s over.

Sam recently discussed becoming officially ‘off the market’ with his close friend Pete Wicks on their podcast, Staying Relevant.

He excitedly announced he had a girlfriend, repeating it twice. Pete joked that he’d once again been distracted by a romantic relationship.

When asked about proposing to Talitha, Sam described the moment as very relaxed and low-key. He actually said it was quite uneventful, but that was exactly the atmosphere he was hoping for.

I told someone I really liked them while we were at dinner, and I even asked if they’d be my boyfriend. Now that it’s out there, I’m surprisingly nervous!
