Sam Thompson is dating an American holistic nutritionist, TopMob can reveal. 

The contestant from I’m A Celebrity, at the age of 32, has developed a strong bond with wellness influencer Steph Robinson, who offers advice on topics like wellness, gut health, and nutrition to her 170,000 TikTok followers.

Two weeks ago, it was announced that TopMob disclosed the former favorite on Made In Chelsea is back on the market since the conclusion of his romance with Samie Elishi from Love Island. This new development has led to the flourishing of their relationship.

After parting ways with his partner Samie, well-known podcaster Sam has openly shared that he needs some personal time for recovery before entering a new relationship. In his own words: “I plan to focus on self-improvement. No dating right now, I’m not prepared yet and I’ve come to understand that.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve found myself spending quality time with Sam in our shared city of London, where I call home. In a recent Instagram post from June, I expressed my excitement about spending even more time here by saying, “London, I can’t wait to see you more often!” It seems that Sam shares my enthusiasm for the city, as he liked my post.

In an attempt to take a break from the whirlwind of romantic entanglements, I found myself yearning for some personal space after parting ways not only with Samie but also concluding a five-year relationship with Zara McDermott. It’s interesting to note that Zara has since moved on, finding love with One Direction sensation Louis Tomlinson.

A source told TopMob: ‘Sam and Steph have been on a few dates and are getting to know each other. 

They quickly got in touch via Instagram and arranged a meeting without delay, since Steph is often out of town.

Steph’s job as a content creator requires frequent travel, but right now she’s enjoying an extended stay in London, which seems incredibly timely.

Sam seems to be enjoying his single life to the fullest, socializing when not at work, and exploring new experiences.

Sam’s latest affectionate figure has become quite popular online, expressing opinions about health and diet. She recently cautioned her followers about consuming oat milk, suggesting that there are other non-dairy alternatives that are more beneficial for the body.

Steph journeys across the globe, evaluating wellness resorts from places like Austria and Mexico. She consistently posts food ideas aimed at assisting those who follow her in breaking free from harmful dietary patterns.

In one video, Steph shared a day in her routine, which included cleaning her tongue, drinking turmeric infused bone broth, a green juice rich in anti-inflammatory properties, and a protein-heavy meal, all aimed at boosting the health of her skin and hair.

Ever since she moved to London, Stephanie has gone to Wimbledon and many beauty and health centers for treatments like facials, drinks, and a lymphatic drainage massage similar to what Sofia Richie endorses – all of which she strongly recommends.

In June, Sam and I parted ways following a brief romance, yet surprisingly, we shared a jovial moment at a recent gathering in London, fueling whispers that our relationship might be revived once more.

The maker of documentaries for the BBC has faced criticism due to the public’s reaction towards the couple’s romance, especially from Louis’ massive fanbase. In an attempt to shield her new relationship, she has become more cautious about sharing aspects of her life online.

According to TopMob, Sam and Zara ended their relationship after five years, having spent New Year’s Day apart following a separation during the holiday season.
