Sam and Snezana Wood have finally sold their stunning Melbourne home for a reported $6.6 million.
The luxurious home is nestled within the desirable neighborhood of Elsternwick by the bay. It features five comfortable bedrooms and offers the convenience of three bathrooms.
1900 saw the construction of this property, which has since undergone a transformation into a lavish two-story mansion featuring a private gym and sauna – all part of its contemporary upgrade.
Details concerning the sale haven’t been disclosed yet, however, according to the Herald Sun, the property is believed to have been sold for an amount very near to its advertised price of $6.6 million.
The high-profile couple bought the property in 2018 for $3.31 million.
After being relisted in June, the property eventually sold successfully, having initially struggled to find a buyer during an earlier attempt to sell it back in the spring.

Located just 11 kilometers away from downtown, this fashionable residence blends traditional Victorian-era design with modern updates.
The front exterior, featuring intricate details like wrought-iron lacework and curved windows, has been meticulously preserved with great care.
Key features encompass a spacious, open-concept design, a 15-meter warm pool with a connected outdoor entertainment area and a dining zone under the stars (al fresco).
In addition, there’s a section designed for children, as well as an expansive gourmet kitchen equipped with marble fixtures, a butler’s station, and a breakfast counter.
Additional amenities feature a cozy gas-powered fireplace, hardwood floors, a dedicated home office space, and a private guest room complete with an attached bathroom.
Nine years after first meeting on The Bachelor and falling in love, Sam and Snezana were said to be considering purchasing an impressive home in the highly desirable area of Brighton, Melbourne.
Experts in real estate report that the popular reality TV personality, along with his spouse, has reportedly paid a substantial $14 million for their newly acquired luxurious property.
The beautiful vintage multi-level estate boasts six bedrooms, a pool and expansive gardens.

To put it simply, I haven’t had the pleasure of witnessing the official purchase of their stunning property yet, despite the fact that this genetically fortunate duo has been blessed with a fantastic opportunity.
I am fortunate to share my life with four beautiful children – Willow, seven, Charlie, five, and Harper, two. I met their amazing mother, Snezana, when we both appeared on The Bachelor back in 2015.
They are also parents to Snez’s daughter, Eve, 19, from a previous relationship.
In 2022, Sam sold his fitness program – 28 by Sam Wood – to genetics group myDNA for $71 million.
The entrepreneur continues to invest in the company and holds a five per cent stake.
He has also amassed a $10 million real estate portfolio.
In 2014, Sam initially invested in the real estate sector by buying a spacious, two-bedroom property located on Koornang Road in Carnegie, which had a size of about 1728 square meters and cost him $477,500.
In the year 2017, he purchased an investment property with three bedrooms in Broadford for $295,000. Since then, its value has significantly increased to close to $500,000.
In 2018, as he was buying the Elsternwick property, he also invested $531,000 into a property in Upwey for other investments.
