During that period, she was posed a questionnaire query: ‘If you become president, would you employ your executive power to guarantee that transgender and nonbinary individuals who receive medical care from the state – including those in prison and detention centers – will have access to complete gender transition treatment, encompassing all required surgical interventions?’
