Rylan Clark teases Doctor Who role
Rylan Clark has teased his upcoming Doctor Who role, saying he’s in the episode “quite a lot”.
On Saturday, the 17th of May, the television host will appear on the latest episode of the popular series, sharing screen time with the newcomer to the role of the Fifteenth Doctor, Ncuti Gatwa.
Discussing his appearance, the avowed “Whovian enthusiast” expressed great pride when asked to join the series by its creator, Russell T Davies.

Regarding the details of the upcoming episode, Rylan stayed silent, yet he did assure that his part would extend beyond a brief appearance.
In conversation with Digital Spy and others, he expressed that he had imagined the encounter as a brief moment of “Hello!” before disappearing, after receiving his BAFTA award tonight.
“And then I got like a 92-page script so yeah, I’m in it quite a lot.”
He playfully implied that revealing anything would result in him getting shot, but what he couldn’t hide was his excitement: On Sunday, he wins a BAFTA, throughout the week he’s involved with Eurovision, and on Saturday it’s Doctor Who – it’s an exciting week for Rylan. So, I must say, I’m really pleased!
Rylan joined forces with Rob Rinder on a stage, having triumphed in the BAFTA TV Awards as the winner of the ‘Best Factual Entertainment’ category, together in their series titled “Rob and Rylan’s Grand Tour“.
In the second season of their travel show produced by the BBC, the duo will journey through the beautiful landscapes of India, following their earlier trip exploring Italy.
Regarding their victory, Rylan expressed his disbelief by saying: “We can hardly believe it! In truth, while creating the show, we felt certain that we had created something truly remarkable.
Over the years, I’ve taken pride in working on various projects, but this one stands out. Unlike documents, reality shows, or travel logs, it was a blend of different elements. We’re overjoyed about it. It was an exciting category to be involved with.
