Rylan Clark issues update after family member rushed to hospital
Rylan Clark shared a reassuring news with fans about his mother Linda, who was recently taken to the hospital.
On Friday, it was shared by the co-host of both “This Morning” and “Eurovision” that he wouldn’t be able to host his BBC Radio 2 show on Saturday because his mother, a frequent companion on “Celebrity Gogglebox,” had been admitted to the emergency department at Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Through subsequent Instagram posts, Rylan clarified that Linda was doing fine and had already been released from the hospital.

He wrote, “Everything is fine with her,” suggesting she’ll likely be home celebrating her birthday. However, she’s anxious about having to put the wheelie bins out once more.
The subsequent narrative verified that she was given permission to return home, as Rylan conveyed: “The antibiotics have proven effective. She will now continue with oral medication. Therefore, she’s back home in time for her birthday. Thank you all for your messages. They are greatly appreciated. Now off to manage the wheelie bins.
Later on, Rylan marked the special occasion by sharing a series of images on Instagram, showcasing moments filled with laughter and shared drinks with friends.
On your birthday, I want to express my deepest appreciation for being the best mom. It makes me so happy you’re here to celebrate with us. Sending all my love x, and wishing you a wonderful day filled with joy and a speedy recovery.”
In the comments, fans joined in by extending their warm wishes for her special day and well-wishes for her recovery as well.
As a fervent admirer, I’ve often noted how Linda bravely manages her lifelong battle with Crohn’s disease, which restricts her involvement in various activities, even television work.
Earlier on, he mentioned that they had been presented with numerous opportunities. Specifically, they were invited to host a travel program and given the chance to explore various locations. It sounds amusing, but unfortunately, she doesn’t have the health to participate in it.
