Ryan Seacrest’s new $36M Bel-Air mansion boasting seven bedrooms pictured
As a lifestyle expert with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that Ryan Seacrest’s latest real estate move is nothing short of impressive. The man knows how to live! From hosting some of the most iconic shows on television to owning luxurious properties across the globe, he truly embodies the American dream.
Ryan Seacrest is set to become the new owner of a luxurious mansion in Bel-Air.
Last month, it was reported by The Wall Street Journal that Ryan Seacrest, aged 50, is under contract to acquire a luxurious 11,000 square foot property in an exclusive Los Angeles neighborhood for approximately $36 million.
Currently, stunning aerial views showcase the magnificent seven-bedroom house that the future residence of the Wheel of Fortune presenter will be.
A beautifully crafted dwelling inspired by the Mediterranean style features an indoor garden adorned with arches, olive trees, and connects to a swimming pool situated at the rear of the property.
The entrance area of the house is adorned with lush greenery, featuring a spacious driveway that leads directly from the road.
20 years back, actress Diane Keaton was the former owner of this property, as reported by The Wall Street Journal.
In June of this year, fashion entrepreneur Serge Azria, who acquired the property back in 2020 for approximately $16.455 million, decided to list the renovated home for sale at an asking price of $48 million. The extensive makeover took almost three years to complete.
Azria transformed the house into a minimalist layout, creating an ambiance reminiscent of southern France or Italy.
Looking down from the red-tiled rooftop, across the charming courtyard to the luxurious pool area, it seems that his dream has been realized.
The home also features a pool house with it’s very own wood-burning fireplace.
This property boasts plenty of room for parking; it even features a nearly 1,000 square foot garage constructed by Azria, large enough to house five to six automobiles as reported by the Wall Street Journal.
The house has an additional access point apart from the main entrance. This includes a secondary service gate capable of accommodating ten extra vehicles.
Two years have passed since Ryan offloaded his expansive Beverly Hills estate, which he initially bought from Ellen DeGeneres in 2012 for $36.5 million, at a price of $51 million.
On top of his latest home purchase, Ryan has his hands full as he prepares to end 2024.
The TV host is set to host Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve once again.
After twenty years at the helm, Seacrest will be back, joined once more by co-host Rita Ora, to orchestrate the celebrations live from Times Square in New York City.
Speaking of exciting updates, I’ve got some fantastic news to share – I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve stepped into the role previously held by the legendary Pat Sajak as the fresh face hosting the iconic game show, Wheel of Fortune!
For 43 years, from 1981 until 2024, Pat Sajak has been the host of Wheel of Fortune. Occasionally, however, he continues to host the celebrity version of the show, Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.
During its Season 42 debut, the popular game show, Wheel of Fortune, attracted an average of 8.31 million viewers per episode – marking the highest premiere week ratings in a staggering five-year period.
