Ryan Reynolds sparked excitement among Marvel enthusiasts by posting on Instagram a hint that Deadpool could be part of the Avengers: Doomsday team. The image displayed the Avengers emblem, but with a red “A” altered, fueling speculation without any explicit mention in the caption.
Immediately upon receiving a post about it on his Instagram, enthusiasts couldn’t help but voice their speculations about whether Deadpool might feature in Avengers: Doomsday. At present, there’s been no official confirmation from Marvel Studios concerning Ryan Reynolds appearing in the forthcoming film.
In April, Ryan Reynolds expressed his thoughts to TIME magazine about Deadpool potentially joining either the Avengers or X-Men. He stated, “If Deadpool becomes part of the Avengers or X-Men, that’s it. That would be a form of wish fulfillment, which we can’t grant him.” Previously, in December 2024, he shared similar sentiments during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
