Blake Lively and her spouse, Ryan Reynolds, currently possess a penthouse in Manhattan, and they’re constructing a substantial residence in the countryside of upstate New York.

But the Daily Mail hears they’re shopping for a ‘lock up and leave’ apartment in Mayfair.

In 2021, when Robbie Reynolds initially invested in Wrexham AFC, it is said that the couple was contemplating purchasing a £1.5million ($2million) property in Wrexham as well.

However, it is not believed that they have officially agreed (signed on the dotted line), and at present, they reside in the Carden Park hotel. When, similar to what occurred last week, they come for a brief stay, they make a quick trip (flying visit).

Instead, they’ve opted to maintain their privacy and security by choosing a residence in London and traveling via helicopter to Wales.

Real estate brokers are actively seeking properties within the affluent region encompassing Mayfair, Knightsbridge, and Belgravia, priced approximately at £3.7 million (about $5 million).

In the process of looking for a property in London, Reynolds and Lively have simultaneously been covertly constructing another expansive home in New York.

Last week, it was The Daily Mail that broke the news, releasing unique photos of the sprawling 110-acre estate hidden within Westchester County.

It has taken seven years so far, yet it remains unfinished. To be honest, it’s only just moved beyond the foundation stage.

37-year-old, energetic individual, discussed the couple’s strategies for their property located in the upscale village of South Salem, which is part of Lewisboro, approximately 60 miles from Manhattan, during a virtual town planning board meeting held in June 2022 due to Covid-19 regulations.

On a Zoom meeting with 51 attendees, the actress enthusiastically praised the tranquil, picturesque neighborhood she referred to as “heaven” and “the most stunning location on Earth.

She shared with the board her desire to construct a house in a highly eco-friendly and mindful manner. This isn’t merely an ethical choice for us, but a deeply felt interest and commitment.

In 2018, Lively affirmed that she and her husband have been the house owners, and further disclosed that they have bought multiple properties and pieces of land on the same street as part of an effort to establish a picturesque boundary around their property.

The couple currently possess a house worth approximately $5.7 million, located about eight miles from Pound Ridge. Reports indicate that they and their four kids are residing there, apparently taking shelter.

Over the weekend, Reynolds and Lively returned to north Wales amidst their busy schedules, cheering as their favorite team, Wrexham, clinched promotion in one of their key projects.

Excited spectators flooded the field as the final whistle blew, and co-owners Reynolds and Rob McElhenney were seen hoisting the League One Trophy in a celebratory manner.
