Ruth Langsford ‘calls in a “fierce” divorce lawyer’ in her acrimonious split from Eamonn Holmes – as he is seen on holiday with new girlfriend

As someone who has been through a fair share of relationship ups and downs, I can only sympathize with Ruth Langsford in her current situation. It takes a lot of courage to take a stand when things aren’t working out anymore, especially when it comes to ending a long-term marriage.

Ruth Langsford has engaged a strong divorce attorney during her separation from her partner Eamonn Holmes, following reports of him playfully touching Katie Alexander’s waist in Ibiza the previous day.

According to The Sun, Ruth (age 64), a host on the show Loose Women, has reached out to Catherine Costley in an attempt to dissolve her 14-year marriage with Eamonn, who is also 64 years old. The plan involves negotiating a financial agreement to conclude their union.

According to The Sun, it’s well-known that Ms. Costley adopts a tough stance in divorce settlements, and she advocates for every woman to set aside a ‘ emergency fund’ before leaving a relationship.

Previously, the divorce attorney had served as an apprentice under the tutelage of Baroness Fiona Shackleton, a renowned British divorce lawyer known as ‘Steel Magnolia’, who gained notoriety for representing Charles during his separation from Diana in 1996.

Baronness Shackleton has also worked with A-list stars including Paul McCartney, Liam Gallagher and Madonna, and was once doused with water in court by a furious Heather Mills while representing the Beatles legend during the couple’s divorce in 2008. 

It’s clear that Eamonn was thoroughly enjoying his blossoming romance with his counselor girlfriend Katie, who is 42 years old, as they took a luxurious vacation together.

It was reported that the vacation taken by Eamonn, who is no longer with his wife Ruth, came as a surprise to her, considering they had announced their divorce only four months earlier.

Nevertheless, even though Eamonn continued to wear his wedding ring, he pushed all memories of his wife aside as he became accustomed to the charms of his new lover.

The broadcaster seemed captivated, his eyes drawn upward towards his girlfriend, who was radiantly beautiful in her sleek, black minidress that accentuated her long legs.

A representative for the pair announced that Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have acknowledged their marriage has ended, and they are currently going through a divorce.

Eamonn and Ruth, who got married in 2010 after being a couple for 13 years, are committed to maintaining their friendship and keeping things friendly.
