On Sunday evening, Ruth Langsford demonstrated her Pilates abilities while wearing form-fitting black workout attire, which she shared on her Instagram account.
On the final day of the weekend, the Loose Women host, aged 65, was performing her toning exercises. She humorously commented, “I managed to stretch parts I wasn’t aware could be stretched!
In a Reformer Pilates class, she skillfully demonstrated her excellent control as she executed various exercises.
She wrote in the caption: “Indeed, REAL Pilates! Once more, I’m back with my fantastic instructor and friend SiobhanKLloyd. This move is known as the Down Stretch…it stretched parts of me that I didn’t realize could be stretched!!

Recently, it’s been announced that Ruth took a legal step following the news from last month, aiming to prevent her estranged spouse, Eamonn Holmes, from claiming her portion of their £3.6 million matrimonial residence.
Last year left me reeling when I heard the shocking news that my beloved long-time This Morning hosts, both turning 66 this year, decided to part ways after a 14-year marital journey. According to the report, it’s indicated in official records that, should Ruth unfortunately pass away, her portion of the house will not be inherited by the host of GB News, Eamonn.
Sarah Dwight from the Law Society explained that one of the initial steps divorce attorneys take is to offer their clients the choice to end the shared ownership (joint tenancy), enabling them to bequeath their portion of the property to anyone they prefer.
This action ensures that Ruth is able to decide who inherits her assets upon her passing, as opposed to them automatically going to Eamonn.
