Level Infinite, a part of Tencent Games, has announced a delay in the first closed beta test for Rust Mobile. The test, originally scheduled for early November, will now happen in December for players in North America, Europe, and Asia. Sign-ups are currently open.

Rust Mobile is the official mobile version of the popular survival game Rust, originally known on PC. Development was first discussed in January 2024, and Facepunch Studios later confirmed the project. They ran a 7-day Alpha test, followed by a Beta test in China. Rust Mobile is getting ready to start its first closed beta test in December for both Android and iOS! This initial test will be limited to 30,000 players and will only be available to those in North America, Europe, and Asia. It will last for two weeks, and all progress will be wiped after the test concludes.
