Ruby Wax complains to ITV about ‘trash’ hotel room she’s been put up in before moving into I’m A Celeb camp

Ruby Wax has criticized ITV, describing the hotel they provided for her in Australia before appearing on ‘I’m A Celebrity‘ as being very poor quality.

Comedian and actress, 72, will be heading to the Australian jungle this Sunday to compete alongside celebrities like Martin Kemp, 64, of Spandau Ballet, model Kelly Brook, 41, and popular online streamer AngryGinge (Morgan Burtwistle), 25.

Ruby told the Daily Mail she was disappointed with the condition of the hotel she’s been staying in since arriving on Tuesday, before she was due to appear publicly.

The host of When Ruby Met said she couldn’t wait to enter the jungle, complaining that the hotel they were currently staying in was awful.

‘I am complaining and changing rooms already.’

Ruby has interviewed many famous people, including OJ Simpson, Sarah Ferguson, and Donald Trump, and plans to share stories about these interviews during her time on the ITV reality show.

I truly believe my thoughts will be spoken, and honestly, I don’t think Donald Trump has much to fear from what I’m about to say. I suspect a lot of people across the country feel the same way I do.

We’re now in the minority, but I don’t believe he listens to the show, so I’ll be alright.

Ruby, who’s known for speaking her mind, explained she joined the show partly because she wanted to address her weight. She joked about gaining weight, saying her stomach now hangs over her jeans.

‘The idea that I am going to wear a swimsuit and people are oging to see that, is mortifying.’

You know, as a mom, it’s always interesting navigating family dynamics! I’ve been chatting about my kids – Max, who’s 35, Maddy, 26, and Marina, 23 – and let’s just say they sometimes get a little embarrassed by me. It’s part of the fun, right? They’re all wonderful, and I love them to bits, even when they’re cringing at my antics!

My children were deeply upset and embarrassed by my actions, and I feel incredibly ashamed of how I’ve affected them. It’s humbling to realize I cause them such distress.

Just existing feels shameful to me, and I realize I don’t understand comedy the way they do – they’re professionals, and they simply see things differently.
