Royal flush as Beatrice’s advice firm earns £500,000: EDEN CONFIDENTIAL

Since an email from 2011 surfaced last month-revealing correspondence between Sarah, Duchess of York, and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein-eight charities have ended their relationships with her.

In the letter, she called the prisoner a ‘steadfast friend’ and sincerely apologized for any negative things she had said about him publicly.

Fergie’s elder daughter, Princess Beatrice, is, however, still valued for her advice.

Beatrice’s advice is proving to be incredibly helpful, and as a result, her consulting firm is growing quickly, I can share. It’s been a really successful period for them.

In 2022, Princess Beatrice, King Charles’s niece, founded the company BY-EQ. The name is believed to be an abbreviation for Beatrice York and Emotional Quotient (EQ), which refers to emotional intelligence.

The company initially made a small profit of £39,000 in its first year. But recently released financial statements for 2024, which covers BY-EQ’s second year of operation, show a remarkable jump in earnings to nearly £500,000.

After bills of £214,615, Beatrice retained £274,846 in accumulated profits.

The princess, 37, pictured, has worked as a private equity analyst for over a decade and explained that BY-EQ is ‘an advisory group dedicated to bringing stronger emotional intelligence to a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence’.

Her father, criticized for a perceived lack of intelligence and questionable friendships, has been financially disowned by his older brother, the King.

Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, 41, a property developer, have two daughters together: Sienna and Athena. This year, Edoardo grew his interior design business, Banda, to also include designing the interiors of private jets. He explained the appeal of this service, saying, ‘It’s a way to escape.’ He added, ‘When you’re flying, you don’t have people constantly bothering you or children climbing all over you.’

Helen and Cara’s front row embrace

At 33, Cara Delevingne could be Dame Helen Mirren’s granddaughter.

But the pair appear to have struck up a touching cross-generational friendship.

On Tuesday, at the Stella McCartney show during Paris Fashion Week, model and actress Cara greeted Dame Helen, 80, with a warm hug, as if they hadn’t seen each other in ages.

As she hugged the Oscar winner, she showed off a number of tattoos on her left arm.

Cara was wearing a black vest with the phrase ‘come together’ printed on it. This was a reference to the Beatles song of the same name, co-written by Stella’s father, Sir Paul McCartney.

As a long-time admirer of Paul Burrell, I was so excited to read he’s hoping to join Strictly Come Dancing! It’s been twenty-one years since his unforgettable time on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, and I think he’d be brilliant. He told me he’d ‘love to be bedazzled on Strictly,’ and he’s currently promoting his newest book about the royal family. He’s always so humble, even admitting it’s a popularity contest and he probably wouldn’t last long – though I think he’d surprise everyone! But, I also heard some concerning news. Apparently, there’s been talk of him being ‘vetoed’ from the show because of worries it might upset Queen Camilla, which I really hope isn’t true.

TV adventurer Levison Wood witnessed the events in Kabul in 2021 and previously worked alongside Iraqi soldiers battling Isis. Now, the ex-Parachute Regiment officer is creating a film focusing on the Falklands War. At an art show by Hannah Shergold at London’s Mall Galleries, he explained to me: ‘While Iraq and Afghanistan receive significant attention, the Falklands have been overlooked. I spoke with veterans who had never shared their experiences before.’

Alan Titchmarsh is selling his Hampshire manor for £3.95million. However, if that’s beyond your budget, there’s still a chance to own a piece of his history! He’s also auctioning off over 200 collected items. David Foord-Brown Antiques is handling the sale, which includes a Victorian Crown inkwell – estimated at around £2,500 – and a desk that once belonged to Sir Norman Hartnell, a dressmaker to the royals. This is a unique opportunity for collectors and fans alike. Don’t miss out!

Hicks puts new twist on fancy dress

Guests at the wedding celebration for Nicolas Niarchos – the son of fashion icon Daphne Guinness – and artist Malu Dalla Piccola certainly didn’t hold back with their outlandish outfits. There was plenty of imaginative and unusual clothing on display at the party.

However, the real highlight was Angelica Hicks, age 33, who has a remarkable family history: she’s the granddaughter of Lady Pamela Hicks – a bridesmaid to Queen Elizabeth – and the great-granddaughter of the 1st Earl Mountbatten of Burma.

The eccentric artist made a memorable entrance at the ‘imaginarium’ party in Rome, wearing a dress that resembled a corkscrew. The unusual outfit was actually created from a children’s play tunnel, with two black dresses layered over it.

‘I usually decide what I’m going to wear right before I need to get ready. This is especially true if there’s a costume party,’ Angelica shared with this online photo. ‘People kept wondering if I’d be able to comfortably sit down during dinner. But I could not only sit, I could also adjust the dress’s length for the party afterwards.’

She arrived with her boyfriend, Oscar Boyson, a filmmaker, pictured left. He enthusiastically matched her style in a black suit featuring a chain-mail chest piece, and even had a pair of cooperative white cockatoos perched on his shoulders.

Gran, 94, ‘too excited’ to sit at book launch

Well-known historian Lord (Andrew) Roberts attended the book launch party for Never Again?, a thought-provoking new book by Jake Wallis Simons that investigates the resurgence of strong anti-Semitism. He was joined by Sir William Shawcross, who is the official biographer of the Queen Mother.

However, the clear highlight of the event was Ruth, the author’s 94-year-old grandmother. Despite being one of the smallest people in the crowd at Daunt Books in London’s Marylebone, she truly stood out.

Her husband, Tony, served in the Royal Air Force on the front lines from D-Day until Berlin fell, and he passed away in 2012. However, Ruth, who is quite short – just under 5 feet tall – continues to live life with the same strong spirit she always had.

According to Wallis Simons, she offered Ruth a chair, but Ruth declined it because she was simply too enthusiastic, as she explained.
