Royal Family’s Peter Phillips Sets Sail on New Business Venture!

He’s dabbled in corporate hospitality and sponsorship management, ventured into the market for COVID-19 tests, and was featured in a commercial on Chinese television where he shared memories of drinking milk from the royal herd at Windsor Castle.

Recently, not long after I revealed that he had ventured into the realm of commercial real estate, spending more than £5 million to acquire multiple properties including shops, small businesses, pubs, and eateries in Bath, it has been discovered that the King’s nephew Peter Phillips is also attempting his fortunes in an entirely distinct field.

It’s with excitement that I share the news: He was recently appointed as the director of Maritime Passport Ltd, a young firm established merely a year ago.

Currently, there doesn’t seem to be a website for this business, but it seems to focus on converting traditional shipping certification processes into their digital counterparts, essentially transforming outdated methods to work seamlessly with today’s technology. In simple terms, it’s about updating old systems to fit the digital age.

It’s likely clear why one of Phillips’ four co-directors is quite knowledgeable in her field. She’s Professor Basak Akdemir, aged 50, who holds various positions, including being a trustee for the Turkish Maritime Education Foundation. Her academic achievements include earning a PhD with a thesis focused on enhancing supply forecasting within the shipping industry.

It’s not surprising that at 47 years old, Phillips, having recently dated writer and nurse Harriet Sperling after his divorce from Autumn Kelly, finds it challenging to rival the past.

He earned a Sports Science degree from Exeter University and, notably, spent a significant amount of time on the Royal Yacht Britannia since his childhood, including its use for his sister’s pre-wedding celebration with Mike Tindall.

More than anything else, he finds in his mother, Princess Anne, a person whose enthusiasm for the sea is surpassed only by her affection for horseback riding.

She has a deep-seated love that occasionally brings about some delightful rewards, such as a dazzling tiara that perfectly complements an antique necklace bestowed upon her on her 18th birthday by Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip in 1968.

The tiara wasn’t given by her parents but by the Worldwide Shipping Group, one of their vessels that Anne had inaugurated. Could it be that Phillips’s new position might lead him to discover a few stones – maybe even a couple – for Harriet?

Eagerly anticipating the excitement of the Grand National today, I, a die-hard horse racing enthusiast, can’t help but feel a thrill as Geri Halliwell expands her equestrian domain.

It’s said that the famous Spice Girl and her husband, Christian Horner who is a head in Formula 1, are planning to construct a large, eight-horse walking facility worth approximately £30,000 at their equestrian center in Oxfordshire.

52-year-old Geri, the owner of several racehorses, has submitted an application for a building permit to erect a 72-foot-wide steel-framed structure near her stud barn.

The Horners’ country estate, a historic vicarage dating back to the 18th century situated close to Banbury, currently features an indoor swimming pool, boating lake, and helipad. They have submitted an application to the local council for constructing a ‘discreet’ 22ft-tall horse walker. This proposed structure will have low wall cladding and a black corrugated roof.

According to what their planning agent stated, installing a horse walker guarantees that the horses receive proper exercise, irrespective of weather and other potential constraints.

Geri and Christian are the proprietors of a collection of racehorses, such as Lift Me Up, It’s Raining Men, Look At Mee, and Mi Chico Latino. The names of these horses are derived from Geri’s solo career anthems, and they also own a horse racing corporation called OMBI, which was established in 2021.

Last year, I revealed that David Bailey’s son, Sascha, decided to transition into a woman as a means to break free from the distressing circumstances of his former marriage with Tokyo-based lawyer, Mimi Nishikawa.

After choosing not to transition, the art curator is now planning to explore and champion masculinity on his upcoming podcast titled “Try To Hit The Pool.” At a recent launch event for Osteria Del Mare restaurant in London’s Strand, he shared with me that:

Currently a prominent podcast host on “The Rest is Politics”, Rory Stewart once came close to jeopardizing a sensitive foreign intelligence and diplomatic endeavor during his tenure as a Minister in the Foreign Office.

That’s the claim made by his fellow former minister Mark Field in his newly published memoirs.

Stewart received information about a sensitive issue involving a British dual citizen’s incarceration overseas, and he was advised to respond succinctly and composedly.

Rather than making grand, public statements intended to appeal to a wide audience, it’s reported that he unexpectedly declared a strong stance, claiming that the government would resort to drastic measures to scrutinize the issue more thoroughly.

In “The End of an Era,” Field asserts that Stewart’s recklessness sparked a heated secret dispute among diplomats in 2017, which almost led to the individual in question experiencing extended imprisonment.

Stewart suggests that discussing confidential Foreign Office discussions regarding imprisoned British citizens isn’t suitable.

 

Adolescence star’s ex moves on with another fellow thespian 

Actress Erin Doherty, known for her roles during adolescence, was deeply committed to her relationship with partner Sophie Melville, and they even purchased a house in London jointly.
