Roxy Jacenko Shows Off Bikini Body with Son at Dubai Beach
On a Saturday, Roxy Jacenko captivated many with her radiant smile and toned physique when she donned a crisp white bikini during her lavish vacation in Dubai, accompanied by her 10-year-old son, Hunter.
45-year-old master of public relations confidently displayed her well-toned midriff in a stylish two-piece swimsuit while playfully frolicking knee-deep in the sparkling waters of a pristine beach with her little one.
In a photo posted on her Instagram Stories, the entrepreneur showcased a heartwarming moment with her son, both of them embracing each other.
Behind a pair of dark sunglasses, Roxy beamed with joy while flaunting her slender legs, appearing quite pleased with her achievement following a 15kg weight loss.
Roxy shares son Hunter and daughter Pixie, 13, with her husband Oliver Curtis.
Subsequently, the PR queen disclosed the drastic steps she takes to sustain her target weight of 123 lbs.
She informed Daily Mail Australia that she practices a daily contrast therapy routine, where she alternates between soaking in warm and cold water from Monday through Friday.
This method is believed to help to improve blood circulation throughout your body.
Apart from her daily 45-minute treadmill routine with a speed of 6 and undulating terrain, she additionally spends 40 minutes in an infrared sauna, followed by light weightlifting exercises.
Roxy also revealed she eats just one meal a day at dinner which is focused on protein only.
She clarified that she skips both breakfast and lunch, opting instead for a single meal at 7 pm every day that primarily consists of protein and salad.
Last night, I enjoyed a grilled squid salad with arugula, pear, and Parmesan. In case I crave something sweet, I opt for dark chocolate-coated raisins.
Roxy takes an AG1 supplement each morning, too, that contains various vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and plant extracts.
On weekends, when there’s a good reason to celebrate, I can be found indulging in no more than two alcoholic beverages, keeping my intake strictly moderate.

Roxy has shared her harrowing experience when she unintentionally overdosed on Ozempic while trying to shed pounds quickly.
She took four times the recommended dosage, resulting in severe vomiting and non-stop shaking.
She shared, during her appearance on The Lazy CEO Podcast with Jane Lu, that she had to constantly struggle with being overly attached to something, causing her to need to unbutton her jeans when sitting in the car due to its allure.
Instead of sticking to the recommended dosage as advised by her doctor, she disregarded the safety guidelines when it came to taking the prescribed medication.
She shared with The Saturday Telegraph that she had believed she was on the brink of death. She has battled cancer and undergone radiation treatment, but nothing compares to the intensity of her distress after taking that particular medication.
As a passionate devotee, I can’t help but share my harrowing experience. For three straight days, Roxy was gripped by unrelenting bouts of vomiting and seizures that seemed reminiscent of an epileptic fit. This ordeal led her to seek refuge in a drug overdose clinic, a place I never wished to see her in.
In a life-threatening situation, I quickly dialed for an ambulance, bracing myself for the wait of about an hour. However, my fear was palpable as I felt my time running out. Despite the delay, I found the strength to hold on and eventually arrived at St. Vincent’s.
Roxy has issued an advisory for everyone considering the new rapid-weight-loss remedy from Hollywood, urging caution instead.
