Roxy Jacenko‘s love of designer handbags has rubbed off on her daughter, Pixie.

The public relations expert, age 45, posted a screenshot of a text conversation with the teenager on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday.

Roxy told her daughter she was thinking of selling her Mini Dior handbag and wanted to give Pixie the first chance to buy it.

Roxy texted me about selling her little Dior bag, and I immediately responded – I absolutely had to have it! I just wrote back, ‘I keep, please. Merci!’ – I couldn’t resist, and wanted to be polite too!

Mini Dior handbags retail from $2,800 to more than $7,800. 

Roxy explained to Pixie that although the bag was suitable for someone her age, she was hoping to sell it because she preferred more expensive and high-end accessories.

I have to admit, while everyone raves about it, my heart truly belongs to the Birkin and Kelly bags. Those Hermès classics are just in a league of their own, at least to me! That’s what Roxy said, and I completely agree.

‘This is good for your age and 20s.’

Pixie completely agreed with her mother, happily admitting she also loved the expensive handbags. She simply said, ‘Me too!’ and Roxy responded with laughter: ‘hahahaha’.

Hermès Kelly bags generally range from $28,000 to $58,000, with rare models exceeding $100,000.

The same goes for the famous Birkin bag, with rare models fetching prices from $200,000 to $300,000.

A fact Roxy, whose bag collection is worth an estimated $1million, knows all too well.

In June, she posted a picture on social media of a very rare Hermès Birkin 50 bag from the ‘Endless Road’ limited edition collection.

Roxy shared a photo of a rare item – which is worth between $45,000 and $75,000 – and called it one of her favorites.

Pixie enjoys luxury brands and recently went on a shopping trip in Singapore before moving to Switzerland to complete her education.

She posted a photo on Instagram from her shopping trip to Marina Bay Sands, showing her with a large bag full of purchases from Loro Piana.

A simple linen button-up shirt from the high-end retailer costs as much as $2,241.

‘Earlier today,’ she captioned the photo.

Pixie shared a final Instagram Story featuring a mirror selfie with all the items she’d bought on her shopping trip.

The young millionaire was carrying three designer bags: a large Dior bag under her arm, an Hermès bag in her hand, and a Loro Piana bag slung over her shoulder.

‘Europe prep,’ she captioned the story.

In 2022, a Christmas wish list from someone named Pixie, totaling $10,000 and broken down into price ranges, became very popular online.
