Roxy Horner turns up the heat in black lace while Frankie Bridge cuts a chic figure in a high-neck dress as they pose at the John Lewis advert party
As someone who has grown up watching John Lewis’ heartwarming Christmas advertisements, I must say this year’s offering left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the magical journey through memories and the emotional reunion with a lost loved one were beautifully executed, reminding us all of the power of nostalgia during the holiday season.
She never puts a foot wrong when it comes to fashion.
Roxy Horner increased the temperature while wearing a sleek black lace top and PVC pants, as she charmed everyone at the John Lewis Christmas advertisement gathering on Thursday evening.
The model, 33, boosted her height with strappy silver heels and wore her blonde tresses swept back.
Speaking of the recent event, I was there alongside Frankie Bridge, a 35-year-old lifestyle icon. She graced the occasion with an elegant, high-neck black gown and a sleek leather handbag to complete her stylish ensemble.
Elsewhere Emma Weymouth was the image of festive glamour as she sported a glittering outfit.
38-year-old Marchioness of Bath captivated in an elegant outfit, pairing a shimmering corset-like blouse with a sleek, high-waisted black skirt.
The minimalist contrast added a charming touch to her shimmering ensemble, making it ideal for the festive Yule event.
She finished off her two-piece ensemble by donning some straightforward pumps, while her chestnut locks were elegantly smoothed out straight.
Her make-up was radiant and elegant, accentuating her face with eyeliner and dusky pink lipstick.
Emma beamed as she struck poses alongside actor Layton Williams, who transformed casual winter wear into an elegant evening outfit with his stylish suit.
On Thursday, the eagerly awaited holiday advertisement from the renowned British retailer was unveiled, taking viewers on an enchanting trip as they follow a sibling’s heartfelt pursuit of the ideal Christmas present.
The heartwarming ad was launched on social media this morning and will be released on TV on Friday.
In the advertisement, Margaret Clunie as Sally darts into John Lewis’ main store on Oxford Street moments before closing, having run short of time to pick out the perfect gift for her brother due to an unintentional delay.
In a magical scene reminiscent of “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe,” she tumbles into a collection of gowns and finds herself stepping out from an ancient wardrobe situated in the loft of her cherished childhood residence, revealing an enchanting realm.
From there, she embarks on a capricious voyage through her recollections, frantically seeking the perfect present for her cherished sibling.
In a heartwarmingly poignant sequence, Sally encounters her deceased mother and enjoys a short, joyful celebration together.
On the other hand, not all viewers found this year’s holiday presentation from John Lewis appealing. In fact, some critics labeled it as perplexing.
