On Tuesday, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley highlighted her well-defined abdominal muscles in a deep-neck sports bra, as depicted in an Instagram post.
Through her Instagram Story, the 37-year-old model offered a seldom glimpse into her family life by sharing a sequence of photos, which included her two kids.
Rosie has two young kids, Jack who is seven and Isabella who is three, with her partner Jason Statham, who is 57 years old.
Following her yoga workout, she captured a reflection in a selfie and added a sweet picture of Jack and Isabella embracing within the garden as well.
In another image captured during our latest vacation, her daughter was spotted playing on the beach, whereas Jack could be seen engrossed in a book in yet another entertaining snapshot.
More naturally, Rosie has shared that it took approximately two years for her body to return to its usual state following the birth of her children.
In her recent conversation with The Sunday Times, Rosie shared insights about her physical transformation following childbirth, discussing the changes in her body over the years.
She mentioned that over time, with aging and childbirth, your body has changed and certain aspects no longer hold their previous positions. It took her about two years after having both children to regain a sense of normality, but even then, she noted, it’s not quite the same as before, is it?
Rosie expressed her sentiment by stating that she wouldn’t prefer anything different, as she elaborated on the idea that life is too brief.
She commented: “My twenties were enjoyable, yet as time passes, one gains maturity, experiences some hard knocks, and learns that life can be unpredictable. It’s part of the journey. Motherhood is demanding.
‘There’s always uncertainty about whether we’re on the right track. What I’ve discovered, though, is that the experience of the journey matters more than reaching the final destination. It’s crucial to find joy in the process, since life is fleeting.’

The fashion model, originally from Devon, came back to the United Kingdom in 2020, sharing that she had long intended to bring up her kids within the British borders.
She shared with The Times: “We adore the schools and the education system they’re part of. They’re acquiring a British accent as youngsters, which mattered to us significantly, and we have a fantastic network of support here. Jay’s parents reside nearby and see the children frequently, while my family drops by every six or eight weeks.
Additionally, Rosie mentioned that her children’s childhood is quite similar to hers, as they often spend considerable time in the region where she was raised – Devon.
The mother, who occasionally posts pictures of her kids online, mentioned that during the summer, their whole family goes to Devon. She highlighted that this place holds a unique charm for her children, as it’s where she spent her childhood years on a farm – an experience she considers quite special.
Nevertheless, she acknowledges that adjusting back to life in the UK wasn’t instant after spending a considerable period abroad.
She expressed that she truly missed the sunshine of California, especially its perpetual optimism, yet found herself growing fond of life in London once more.
