The 58-year-old actor was spotted in the front row, alongside fellow celebrities Christine Centenera and Joel Edgerton, showing his support.
Rosie and her now-husband, a British couple who prefer to keep a low profile, started dating in 2010. They met at a party in London and immediately felt a connection, as Rosie described it.
The couple got engaged in 2016 and later had two children: an eight-year-old son named Jack and a three-year-old daughter named Isabella.
After ten years in Los Angeles, Rosie and Jason decided to relocate their family to London last year.
Rosie mentioned that her children were experiencing a childhood much like her own, and they even spent a lot of time in Devon, the place where she grew up, just as she did.
In an interview with The Times, she explained that they value the schools and education their children are receiving. It was important to them that their children grow up embracing British culture, and they appreciate the strong network of friends and family they’ve built here.
Every summer, we absolutely have to go to Devon. It’s just magical seeing my kids running wild on that farm – it’s exactly how I spent my own childhood summers, and honestly, it means the world to me. It’s like passing on a little piece of my heart, and it’s just… special, you know?
She did say it took a while to readjust to life in the UK after living in the US for so long.
Oh my gosh, Rosie admitted she’s still dreaming of that California sunshine – she actually used the phrase ‘eternal optimism,’ can you believe it?! It just suits her, you know? But, and this is the amazing part, she’s really fallen for London again! I’m so glad she’s finding happiness here, even if a little piece of her heart will always be back in California. It’s just…Rosie and sunshine, it’s a vibe.
She acknowledged that Jason’s successful acting career heavily influenced their move, as his filming schedule would have kept him away from his family for extended periods.
She emphasized that the actor is a very involved and playful father, often acting like a jungle gym for his kids.
She admitted that having constant time with his children was a real benefit in his career.
Rosie described their parenting as relaxed and involved, explaining that they don’t have strict rules but both enjoy being actively involved in raising their children.
