Rosamund Pike and her partner, Robie Uniacke, were seen together in public at the Olivier Awards on Sunday, marking a rare outing for the couple.

I was so happy to see the photos of the 47-year-old Oscar nominee and Robie, 65, together! They just looked genuinely blissful and completely in love – it was lovely to see.

Rosamund looked stunning in a navy blue draped gown, complete with a matching necktie. 

She paired the elegant look with black heels and silver jewellery.

Meanwhile, Robbie, 65, cut a smart figure in a classic black suit and tie.

Rosamund seems to have quietly married her partner of 16 years. She had previously called him her ‘husband’ back in November.

I was fascinated to hear a recent conversation with an Oscar-nominated actress about her family trip to China. She was talking about her experiences with her partner and their two sons, Solo, who’s 13, and Atom, who’s 10. It really highlighted how travel can be such a bonding experience for families!

She shared with the Travel Secrets podcast that she recently took a two-week family trip to China. Because her children speak Chinese, she was able to experience the country in a way most travelers can’t – it really enhanced their journey.

She explained that they feel comfortable fully immersing themselves in new experiences without worrying about getting lost, cheated, or anything else. For example, they visited night markets where her husband, mostly to entertain the kids, bravely tried a grilled scorpion skewer.

This marks the first time Rosamund Pike has publicly referred to her partner, Robie, as her ‘husband,’ adding to rumors that the notoriously private couple may have secretly gotten married.

This year, the 50th anniversary Olivier Awards takes place at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

Nick Mohammed, known for his acting, comedy, and appearance on The Traitors, will host a special ceremony that will air on BBC from 7pm.

Two musicals are at the top of the nominations list: both Into the Woods and Paddington The Musical received 11 nominations each.

The most nominated plays are All My Sons, Kenrex and Stereophonic, with six nominations each.

The nominees for Best Actress are Cate Blanchett, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Julia McDermott, Rosamund Sheehy, and Rosie Sheehy.

It was a lucky evening for Rosamund as she won the award.

The nominees for Best Actor are Bryan Cranston, Sean Hayes, Tom Hiddleston, Jack Holden, and David Shields.

Dame Elaine Paige will be honoured with this year’s Special Award at Sunday night’s ceremony.

As a longtime observer of the theatre world, I can tell you that celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Olivier Awards feels particularly special this year. We’re honoring someone whose talent, hard work, and kindness have truly touched so many – not just audiences, but fellow performers too. It’s wonderful to recognize an artist who’s inspired so many for so long, as Society of London Theatre president Kash Bennett so beautifully put it.

The nominees also include Tracie Bennett, Corbin Bleu, Paapa Essiedu, Kate Fleetwood, Julie Hesmondhalgh, Jane Krakowski, Andy Nyman, Hayley Squires, Giles Terera, Sophie Thompson, and Rachel Zegler.

I’m so excited to hear who’s presenting the awards this year! It’s going to be incredible having Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber, Sir Ian McKellen, Dame Helen Mirren, and Dame Arlene Phillips up on stage – true legends all of them!
