Ronnie Wood’s ex-wife Jo suffers a shock run-in with the Rolling Stones rocker during Bahamas holiday
In 2009, Ronnie Wood, a member of the band Rolling Stones, finalized his divorce from his spouse, Jo. However, breaking free from their relationship seems challenging for him.
70-year-old former Strictly contestant Jo experienced a surprise during her recent vacation in the Bahamas, as it turned out that the guitarist, also 78 years old, was residing at the same hotel.
She shared with Richard Eden from The Daily Mail that she had encountered Ronnie, along with his wife and children, on her very first day in the hotel restaurant.
‘You should have seen his face when he saw me.’
I am Ronnie, proudly married to the dynamic theatre producer Sally, who is 31 years my junior. And yes, I’m blessed to be a father of twin girls with her. As for any speculation about me being a stalker, let me clarify: I’m not a stalker.

Jo spent 24 years (from 1985 to 2011) as the wife of rocker Ronnie, and they have two children together: Leah, who is 46, and Tyrone, who is 41. Additionally, Jo took on the role of stepmother to Jesse, Ronnie’s son from his previous marriage, who is now 48 years old.
In addition, she has a grown son named Jamie, who is 50 years old, from her earlier marriage with clothing businessman Peter Greene.
Recently, Jo shared a humorous nickname bestowed upon her by her grandkids, since they are well aware of her colorful history in the world of drugs and rock ‘n’ roll.
In her youth, Ronnie Wood’s ex-wife had a reputation for living life to the fullest, often indulging in lively social gatherings.
In a candid moment, she confessed that her grandkids have taken to calling her “Gangsta Granny” following her disclosure about some of her former exploits to them.
On Good Housekeeping UK’s podcast “My Life in A Biscuit Tin”, Jo mentioned: ‘Now, I shouldn’t really admit this, but I was driving with them, and they were both chuckling, those two [grandkids, Maggie and Kobe]’.
‘They went, “Gran, have you done any drugs?” I said, “Of course I have, but I don’t recommend it”.
‘I said, “Because it didn’t get me anywhere except lots of sleepless nights”.

She emphasized the significance of being truthful within a family, stating that deception won’t last long as they will inevitably discover the truth.
I advised them that their effort was futile, but I found myself in a unique predicament. Consequently, they decided to nickname me ‘Gangster Grandma’.
She has 10 grandchildren in total, four from Jamie, two from Leah and four from Jesse.
Previously, it was disclosed that Jo traded her lively party nights for a serene eco-friendly country home in the countryside last year.
In 2019, the television figure relocated to an old farmstead and adopted a self-sufficient lifestyle, producing her own power and cultivating her own vegetable garden.
Besides relying on WiFi, she largely leads a self-reliant lifestyle, swapping her past habits of drinking and smoking for the cultivation of vegetables and has embarked on a new venture to develop a supplement called Longevity, with the aim of enhancing her wellbeing.
