Romeo Beckham suggested he’s starting a new, secret project, seemingly ignoring a recent critical response from his brother, Brooklyn, amid their family disagreement.
After Cruz tried to reconcile with his brother, Brooklyn posted on Instagram on Thursday, sharing that his wife, Nicola Peltz, is ‘his one and only, his forever love, his everything.’
Romeo quickly moved past recent controversies, announcing on social media that he’s begun a new project. He posted a photo of a document he was reviewing to share the news.
The model subtly displayed his wealth in a recent photo by featuring his new robot in the background.
Despite the Beckhams’ efforts to reconcile with Brooklyn this week, their attempts were unsuccessful. Cruz Beckham reached out to his brother on Instagram – the first such gesture since a major family disagreement – but his olive branch wasn’t accepted.
David Beckham recently posted pictures of his 26-year-old son, Brooklyn, publicly for the first time since a family disagreement caused tension within the Beckhams.
Senator Cruz shared the Billy Joel song “The River of Dreams” with a post, and its lyrics about losing ‘something sacred’ seemed to reflect his feelings.
Even though Cruz seemed to be trying to make peace with his brother in Brooklyn, the older man didn’t respond in kind.
He posted a collection of photos featuring his wife, Nicola, set to the song “You’re The First, The Last, My Everything” by Barry White, seemingly as a romantic gesture.
Brooklyn shared a photo of his wife looking happy and relaxed on a bed. She was wearing a black top with a low neckline and had her arms outstretched above her head.
He shared a glimpse of their life in Los Angeles, posting photos of their dogs and dishes the aspiring chef had been cooking.
He recently baked two loaves of crusty bread, then sliced them and topped with a fresh combination of tomato, feta, and basil.
The couple are known to enjoy expensive wine, and have even splurged on a bottle once valued at $17,000 – considered one of the most expensive in the world.
I was absolutely floored when Brooklyn posted a picture of Harlan Estate wine! For those who don’t know, that stuff is seriously expensive – usually between $1,300 and well over $2,000 a bottle. It’s a real treat, and I’m so curious how they got their hands on it!
The company website states that you have to specifically ask to purchase this wine, and they discourage reselling it for profit – it’s meant to be enjoyed, not flipped.
One other image posted by Brooklyn showed two of their dogs sunbathing in the garden.
Brooklyn’s photos showed what he was currently doing, while Cruz preferred to share pictures from the past.
Cruz shared an old black and white photo of himself and his brothers when they were kids. The picture also included all of his siblings, including his 14-year-old sister, Harper, all dressed up in beekeeping suits.
The mix of old and new images was accompanied by the Billy Joel backing track.
The song expresses a feeling of loss and a long search for something deeply personal that’s been taken away. The singer hopes they don’t spend their whole life trying to find it, whatever ‘it’ may be.
The post comes after the Daily Mail reported Brooklyn still has the ‘brotherhood’ tattoo.
Chef Romeo, age 23, and Cruz famously got the same tattoo in 2023. Even though Romeo has distanced himself from his family, the tattoo was still visible when he was out and about on Tuesday.
Brooklyn still has the tattoo of a ballerina on his leg, which he got to remember his sister Harper. However, he’s had the tattoo of ‘dad’ removed or covered with new ink.
On January 19th, Brooklyn posted a strong six-page statement on Instagram, making it clear he doesn’t intend to make amends with his family.
He blamed his mother, Victoria, 51, for problems with his 2022 wedding to Nicola Peltz, 31, and criticized his father, David, 50, for seemingly prioritizing his public image and business deals over everything else.
Cruz recently shared a photo with his mother, Victoria, on social media, seemingly in response to claims made by Brooklyn and to show his support for her.
This followed a previous post by Cruz where he seemed to respond to criticism of his brother Brooklyn. In January, he shared a video with his brother Romeo, 23, and wrote, ‘Imagine hating, and we’re just here like…’
The video was seen as insensitive because it came shortly after Brooklyn publicly shared his personal feelings about his parents.
Okay, so I’ve been following David and Victoria Beckham’s sons, Cruz and Romeo, and their recent Paris trip was adorable. They were joined by their girlfriends, Jackie Apostel and Kim Turnbull, and honestly, the four of them were completely inseparable – seriously glued to each other’s sides the whole time! It was so sweet to see them enjoying the city as a group.
However, Cruz later deleted the clip as fans noticed it was gone from his TikTok.
In December, Cruz said his family had been blocked on social media by someone in Brooklyn after reports surfaced that they had unfollowed him. He stated, ‘My parents would never unfollow me… let’s be clear about that. They woke up to find they were blocked – and so was I.’
Brooklyn stated his brothers suddenly cut off contact with him last summer, which goes against previous assertions.
