Rock Star Oli Sykes Expecting Twins: Heartwarming Gender Reveal
In an adorable Instagram post shared over the weekend, Bring Me the Horizon’s frontman, Oli Sykes, excitedly announced that his partner is expecting not one but two little bundles of joy! What a wonderful addition to their family!
Born in Kent, the 38-year-old rock musician is eagerly anticipating the arrival of the children with his wife, Victoria Alissa Salles Silva from Brazil, whom he married in 2017.
On Sunday, they made a heartwarming announcement that displayed the eager couple seated side by side, anticipating the moment when they would simultaneously take a bite from two cupcakes, revealing the color which would disclose the sexes of their upcoming babies.
As their dog sits attentively beside her, Victoria asks: ‘Ready?’ before taking a bite of the first cake, signaling that they are expecting a baby girl.
Afterward, Oli nibbles on his own blue-frosted cupcake, hinting that the upcoming baby is likely a boy.
The couple appeared overjoyed by the outcome of their gender reveal, as Victoria let out a shout and her musician spouse exclaimed, “Wow, oh my goodness!

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I must share an exhilarating development that had social media abuzz: A recent announcement left fans ecstatic! The accompanying Instagram post garnered an impressive 250,000 likes and was showered with heartfelt congratulations from a slew of celebrities. The comments section became a vibrant hub of well-wishes for the joyous couple.
Model Abbey Clancy wrote: ‘Aaahhh so lovely’
Pretty Girl singer Maggie Lindemann also took to the comments, writing: ‘Omg congratulations’.
While a clearly excited fan simply wrote: ‘So unbelievably happy for you both!’
‘Imagine you’re a new born baby and your father is Oli Sykes… Biggest flex,’ another quipped.
The announcement arrives as the band Bring Me The Horizon prepares to lead the lineup at this year’s Reading & Leeds Festivals, taking place during the August bank holiday weekend from the 21st to the 24th.
Previously, the band took the main stage at the festival, sharing it with Dave, Arctic Monkeys, and The 1975 in 2022, and they had the special guest appearance of Ed Sheeran during their performance.
This year, Bring Me The Horizon will share the stage with Chappel Roan and Travis Scott, who is famous for his hit song “Utopia.” Additionally, Irish artist Hozier will also perform at the festival.

Speaking following the announcement of their performance in December, Oli Sykes stated that the Reading and Leeds festivals in 2025 would be the sole chance for fans to witness Bring Me The Horizon live.
We can’t contain our enthusiasm as we get ready to take the stage at Reading & Leeds for the first time as a headliner!
‘We are going to bring hands down the greatest show of our careers.
Next year, our UK performance will be the sole one, marking the last European show for the NEX GEN campaign before the band goes on a break. If you’re eager to catch Bring Me The Horizon in 2023, this is undeniably your one and only opportunity. I can hardly wait!
The band’s latest album, POST HUMAN NeX:GEn released on 24 May 2024.
