Rock on, Los Angeles.
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is returning to Los Angeles this year, and fans are excited to see iconic artists like Elton John and Mick Fleetwood perform.
Here’s a complete guide, including how to tune in and who’s attending.

Music
Despite topping the fan vote, Phish wasn’t selected for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s 2025 class. This year’s inductees include Outkast, The White Stripes, Joe Cocker, and other artists.
When is the ceremony?
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will celebrate its 40th anniversary with an induction ceremony this Saturday at 5 p.m. at the Peacock Theater. You can buy tickets now at AXS.com.
How can I watch?
You can watch the induction ceremony live on Disney+, and it will also be available to watch later on the streaming service after the event is over.
ABC will also broadcast a special featuring the best moments on New Year’s Eve. You’ll be able to watch it again the next day on Hulu.
Who’s being inducted?
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s 2025 inductees are Bad Company, Chubby Checker, Joe Cocker, Cyndi Lauper, Outkast, Soundgarden, and The White Stripes as performers. Salt-N-Pepa and Warren Zevon will be honored for their musical influence, while Thom Bell, Nicky Hopkins, and Carol Kaye will be recognized for musical excellence.
Paul Rodgers, the lead singer of Bad Company, won’t be attending the induction ceremony because he’s dealing with a health problem that hasn’t been made public.

Music
Paul Rodgers won’t be able to attend Bad Company’s Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony due to health issues. He had intended to perform with fellow band member Simon Kirke.
I’m so excited to hear that Lenny Waronker is getting the Ahmet Ertegun Award this year! It’s such a cool award, named after the founder of Atlantic Records, and it recognizes the people who work tirelessly behind the scenes to help rock ‘n’ roll grow. It’s amazing company too – past winners include legends like Suzanne de Passe, a Motown powerhouse, and Jon Landau, who’s worked with Bruce Springsteen for decades. It’s well-deserved recognition for someone who’s clearly made a huge impact on the music I love.
Who are the special guests?
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame recently announced its lineup of performers and presenters for this year’s ceremony, including John, Doja Cat, and Olivia Rodrigo. As is tradition, the Hall of Fame didn’t reveal which artists would be honoring each inductee, though fans have already started speculating.
The lineup now also features Chappell Roan, known as “Femininomenon,” and the returning band “The Killers,” among others. According to the Associated Press, Chappell Roan will be inducting Cyndi Lauper, Donald Glover will induct Outkast, and John will honor the late Beach Boys member Brian Wilson, who passed away in June, at the ceremony on Saturday.
Tuesday’s episode of “Dancing With the Stars” celebrated “Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Night,” with contestants performing dances inspired by legendary artists like Aerosmith and Ike & Tina Turner. The show also included a fun appearance by Flavor Flav.
Here’s to a night worthy of all the star power in the room.
