On Tuesday, the renowned guitarist Carlos Santana experienced a potentially alarming health incident which could possibly postpone his scheduled performance in Texas.
As per reports from TMZ, it appears that the 77-year-old artist has been admitted to the hospital due to falling ill before the scheduled performance.
The cause of Santana’s medical issues haven’t been announced.
Nevertheless, an artist’s representative indicated to the press that they believe he might have been experiencing dehydration.
DailyMail.com has reached out to Santana’s representative for comment.
It’s said that the musician known for blending rock and jazz genres was transported by an ambulance from the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio to a nearby hospital.
