Robobeat is a Rhythm-Based Roguelite Shooter Coming to Xbox Series X|S This Month

Kwalee and developer Inzanity have declared that the rhythm-focused roguelike shooter game titled Robobeat is set to debut on consoles within this month, having been previously released on PCs last year.

On console platforms, Robobeat delivers a heart-pounding, rhythm-based first-person shooting experience similar to what PC gamers have been immersed in since May 2024. Additionally, it will incorporate the Infinite Locker feature and the newly introduced Nexus weapon from the PC version as updates.

The game comes equipped with a soundtrack of 38 songs, along with three extra audio cassettes that contain tracks from BPM: Bullets Per Minute, DUSK, and ULTRAKILL. If you manage to fire in harmony with the rhythm, your damage output and cooldown will reach their peak.

In the role of the rogue bounty hunter Ace, I’m hot on the heels of my quarry, the robotic entertainer Frazzer. As I chase him, I leap, slide, and wall-run through a dynamically generated “techno-amusement park gone awry.

Robobeat is coming to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch on 30th January.
