Robert Pattinson’s new movie delayed again

As a seasoned gamer and movie enthusiast who’s seen his fair share of twists and turns in both virtual and cinematic realms, I must say that the continuous rescheduling of “Mickey 17” has become as predictable as a level boss in an old-school RPG. The anticipation is palpable, like waiting for that elusive rare item drop in World of Warcraft.

Robert Pattinson’s new movie with Parasite director Bong Joon-ho has been delayed yet again.

The science fiction movie “Mickey 17” was initially scheduled for a late-January premiere, but it’s been changed and will now be shown in the United States on April 18th instead.

The UK release date will likely be pushed back as well, although this has not been confirmed yet.

In the movie, the action unfolds in a time when cloning has become routine, so upon someone’s passing, an entirely new body is manufactured, retaining all of their memories, to continue their tasks.

Issues arise when it turns out that there are two identical Mickeys portrayed by Robert Pattinson, appearing simultaneously, leading to conflicts between them.

Warner Bros opted to postpone their release schedule following the shift of the Michael Jackson biopic, “Michael,” from April 18th to October 3rd, according to a recent report by Variety.

A representative from Warner Bros stated that they seized the opportunity to book the release date of April 18 for “Mickey 17”. They are delighted with this updated schedule and excited that viewers can now watch the movie on IMAX screens.

We’re thrilled that the movie “Companion” will be released on the expanded IMAX network starting from January 31.

The movie titled “Companion” features actress Sophie Thatcher from the shows “Yellowjackets” and “Heretic”, as well as Jack Quaid known for his roles in “The Boys” and “Scream 5”. Originally scheduled for a January 10 release, it has only been delayed by a short period.

Besides Pattinson, the cast of Mickey 17 includes Naomi Ackie, Steven Yeun, Toni Collette, and Mark Ruffalo as well.

Previously this month, Bong shared that Warner Bros granted him the right to make the final decisions on the movie’s editing, stating to Empire: “The studio acknowledged my final cut privileges.

“Of course, during the editing process there are many opinions and many discussions that happen. But this film is my cut, and I’m very happy about it. It was a long process, but it was always smooth and respectful.”
