Robert Irwin was surprised on Monday while appearing on the KIIS FM show hosted by Robin, Kip & Corey.
The conservationist was on the show to talk about the latest season of ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’, which started airing Sunday night.
However, the radio hosts seemed more interested in the 22-year-old’s love life.
‘On behalf of every single woman under the age of 30. Are you single?’ asked Robin Bailey.
‘Oh, we’re going straight in for the exclusive! Yes, yes,’ responded Robert.
He then revealed he was optimistic about meeting a romantic partner soon.
Robert said he’s reached a point in his life where he feels he needs to let things unfold naturally.
I’m constantly on the go, traveling and juggling a lot of things. I’m definitely considering new opportunities… keep an eye out for updates. Right now, there isn’t much news to share, though.
Since winning US Dancing With the Stars last year, Robert has been enjoying his increased popularity and attention in Hollywood.
He has been romantically connected to both 19-year-old dancer Hailey Bills and actress Xochitl Gomez in the past.
Xochitl and Robert celebrated the 20th season of Dancing With the Stars with a lively Jive performance that viewers thought had a lot of spark between them.
Maddie Phillips, known for her role in The Baby-Sitters Club and winner of Season 32 of the show in 2023, filled in as a guest dancer on the episode, replacing Robert’s regular partner, Witney Carson.
According to New Idea magazine, Robert Pattinson isn’t searching for a serious, long-term relationship right now; he’s just looking for short-term fun and is too preoccupied with that to settle down.
Robert is ‘in no rush to settle down’ and is keeping his options open, the magazine alleges.
It comes after a Queensland man won the coveted title of Australia’s best Robert Irwin lookalike.
Ben Marshall, a father and husband from Caloundra, won $500 after being judged the closest look-alike to 22-year-old Robert.
The past year has been incredibly successful for Robert, as he won the American edition of Dancing with the Stars and is now starring in the new season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, which began airing Sunday night.
Robert continues to work at Australia Zoo, the conservation park founded by his family in Queensland, and is dedicated to continuing the important conservation work started by his father, Steve.
Robert split with long–time sweetheart Rorie Buckey in February 2024.
