Robert Irwin branded a ‘player’ as he’s spotted out with multiple Hollywood starlets: ‘In no rush to settle down’

Robert Irwin is playing the field, according to a new report. 

At 21, he’s quickly enjoying his rising popularity in Hollywood, especially while competing on the US version of Dancing With the Stars.

Although there have been rumors linking the Wildlife Warrior to 19-year-old American dancer Hailey Bills, a recent report claims he was also seen on a date with another young American actress.

According to the popular gossip account Deux Moi, Robert was spotted with 19-year-old actress Xochitl Gomez at the Erewhon grocery store in Los Angeles, leading to speculation they were on a date.

Last week, Xochitl and Robert celebrated the 20th anniversary of Dancing With the Stars US with a lively Jive performance that caught viewers’ attention – many commented on the obvious connection between the pair.

The actress known for her role in The Baby-Sitters Club, and the winner of Season 32 in 2023, appeared as a guest on the show. She filled in for Witney Carson as Robert’s dance partner.

This week, New Idea magazine reported that Robert Pattinson isn’t searching for a serious, long-term relationship right now – he’s just looking for short-term fun and is too preoccupied with that to settle down.

Robert is, ‘in no rush to settle down‘ and is keeping his options open, the magazine alleges. 

This follows a post from Deux Moi on Instagram, where they shared an anonymous tip about a new romance between Robert and Hailey.

The popular bachelor from Dancing with the Stars has temporarily put his search for love on hold to enjoy some fun outside of the dance competition, according to an email.

I’m hearing he’s been seen getting close to a woman with brown hair several times. It’s the same woman he seems to spend a lot of time with while filming. Interestingly, she’s the only member of the acting group he follows on Instagram.

It turned out the person was Hailey, a dancer with experience since 2012. She’s skilled in ballroom, ballet, and hip hop.

Okay, so Robert and Hailey haven’t officially said anything, which is killing me, but I swear I almost died when I saw his latest post! He put up this video of them doing this amazing, super fun street dance together! It was so energetic and they looked… incredible. I’m telling you, it’s totally something a couple would do, even if they’re trying to play it cool. I’ve rewatched it like a million times!

Robert beamed as he began dancing with Hailey, and it was clear they had a strong connection, both as partners and as people.

‘Honorary troupe member,’ Robert wrote next to the clip. 

Last November, Robert shared that he’s still hoping to find a partner, following his breakup with Rorie Buckey in February 2024.

He appeared on Nine’s Today show and confessed there was ‘no one special’ in his life at that time.

After being called one of Australia’s most desirable single men on the show, a shy Robert admitted that he finds dating difficult.

He noted that being in the public spotlight presents unique challenges.

Robert said he wasn’t currently dating anyone. When asked about what qualities he desired in a partner, he responded with his preferences.

‘I’m one of those people who is kind of gonna let it happen, I’m gonna let that unfold as it will.

I find inspiration in my parents, and I see my sister, Bindi Irwin – who recently married Chandler – as a role model as well.

He continued, saying he’s looking for someone who truly embraces his adventurous and fast-paced lifestyle. He wants a partner to share all of his experiences with and enjoy life to the fullest.

Robert and Rorie, both 20, reportedly started dating in November 2022, but didn’t publicly confirm their relationship on Instagram until August 2023.

Before Rorie and Robert became a couple, Rorie apparently finished a special training program—approved by Steve Irwin—focused on wildlife conservation.

According to Woman’s Day, Rorie needed to prove herself to the family by showing she enjoyed outdoor activities in December 2023.

During a research trip focused on crocodiles, the couple found important information that will help the Wildlife Warriors Worldwide foundation.

Robert’s mother, Terri, and his sister Bindi, 26, were proud of how committed Robert was to protecting Australian wildlife. Terri shared her children with her late husband, Steve.

Robert and Rorie were in a long-distance relationship because Robert works at Australia Zoo in Queensland, and Rorie lives in Perth.
