Her daring dress, adorned with cut-out sections and fastened by large golden safety pins, bore a striking resemblance to the legendary Versace outfit that catapulted Elizabeth Hurley into stardom.

Four nominations apiece have been earned by Ayra Starr, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, LISA, while newcomers Chappell Roan and Tyla also receive their first nominations.

19 contenders stand the opportunity to secure their inaugural MTV EMA win this year, with the following being some of them: Kehlani and Tinashe competing in the Best R&B category, Disclosure and Fred Again.. battling it out for Best Electronic, Fontaines D.C. nominated for Best Alternative, The Last Dinner Party vying for Best New, and BTS’ Jimin receiving his first nomination as a solo artist in the Best K-Pop category.

In other areas, MTV Push’s top talents contend in the Best Push category, a section that includes Flyana Boss, Laufey, Shaboozey, The Warning, Victoria Monét, along with LE SSERAFIM and Teddy Swims, all nominees for Best Newcomer as well.

For Manchester’s MTV EMA attendees, excitement is building as Liam Gallagher competes against Bon Jovi, Coldplay, Green Day, Kings of Leon, Lenny Kravitz, and The Killers in the “Best Rock” category, making the event even more thrilling.
