On Sunday, Rita Ora appeared cheerful, enjoying herself in Formentera following a secret sickness that made her postpone a concert in Hungary the previous month.

At age 33, the joyful-looking singer had to be taken to the hospital unexpectedly. However, she appeared to be in good health during her vacation with her husband, Taika Waititi, and the Moss sisters, Kate and Lila.

As a devoted admirer, I couldn’t help but notice Rita’s captivating appearance in a sleek, black two-piece swimsuit reminiscent of a thong style. It beautifully accentuated her physique, and she added a touch of elegance with a shimmering gold belly chain and earrings.

48-year-old Taika showcased his beach physique by diving into the sea wearing a pair of vibrant purple swim shorts, later donning a matching cream ensemble.

Without a shadow of a doubt, he was overjoyed to find his wife in high spirits following her unexpected hospitalization and the cancellation of her performance at the Campus Festival in Debrecen.

Just hours prior, the performer who sings “You Only Love Me” shared that she would be unable to take the stage because of a doctor’s advice.

Rita shared an honest post with her 16.1 million Instagram followers on her Stories, without revealing the specifics of any issues she might be facing.

She penned: ‘Please forgive this unexpected turn of events but sadly I will not be able to perform at Campus Fesztival tonight.

‘Having spent the night in hospital in Budapest, I must rest thoroughly and follow doctor’s orders.

I deeply apologize to those of you coming today, and I am extremely grateful for your patience and understanding.

Rita’s next performance is scheduled to be on August 16, during Lovestream Festival in Slovakia. 

Last week, during her interview on The Rebecca Judd show on Apple Music 1, Rita playfully suggested that she might persuade Taika to propose by saying something like “put a ring on it.”

The vocalist shared insights into her delightful bond with the movie creator, expressing that they mutually inspire one another.

Rita and Taika got married in August 2022, however, they didn’t officially announce it until their first wedding anniversary the following year.

They unexpectedly organized a wedding at their house in Los Angeles within two weeks, as the songwriter proposed during a visit to Palm Springs.

During her recent podcast interview, Rita revealed some insights into her marriage. She shared, “We both exchanged wedding rings. To be honest, I was the one who encouraged him to do so.”

I find it hard to adapt to it, but I must admit, he’s my partner in this endeavor. We fuel each other’s creativity, and we’ve got plenty of exciting projects lined up that I believe will leave people astonished.

Director Taika is particularly recognized for his work within the Marvel universe, such as the 2023 release of Thor: Love and Thunder.
